    He did excellent. He was very knowledgeable, arrived on time. My piano had not been tuned in awhile. He worked on it very patiently and did a wonderful job. My piano sounds great!! I will be calling him again when another tuning is needed.

    Richard came out  to tune our second-hand piano, which hasn't been tuned since we moved. He was very polite and professional and went right to work and finished a short time later.
    We are happy with their service and will have R & D Piano Service back to tune the piano next year.

    I bought a "Big Deal" for a custom table pad. I was kind of skeptical choosing the right look and getting the right measurements, but my wife wanted a new table pad before Thanksgiving. I purchased The Big Deal and a couple of days later a packet from Berger's Table Pad Factory arrived in the mail. The packet had all the information we needed to choose the right look and clear instructions on making accurate measurements.
    I was very happy with the communication; not only did the company responded very quickly to a couple of questions I had, they called me to clarify the way their product would work on my particular table. 
    In the end, they did an outstanding job and the pad looks great. Thank you!

    Horrible experience.  We purchased a new Bosch dishwasher from Alexander & Ray's in Olathe, KS on 2-27-14. On 3-4-14, the store sent 2 installers to remove the existing dishwasher and install the new one. One of the installers accidentally hit the water tubes to our reverse osmosis system under the sink and I didn't discover the leak until 4 hours later when I went to get a drink of water. I did not run a load of dishes and the cupboard doors were closed so I had no way of knowing that water was pouring under the sink and into our finished basement. I immediately called the owner who was not in but I talked with Rob and he sent the 2 installers back out an hour later. By that time, I had shut the water off, moved everything out of that room, and pulled up the carpet. The installer who worked under the sink looked at me and was defensive saying, "That's not me". Yes, it was. No one else had been under the sink and we've never had a problem with our water system. The owner, Mark Alexander, did not call that day. I called him the next morning and when I explained what had happened, he said, "Well, I wasn't there".  He filed a claim with his insurance company, CNA. The rep is not answering her phone and I cannot get any information on the status of the claim. I found out through the Kansas Insurance Commissioner's office that the insurance company, CNA, is an unregulated surplus carrier.  I'm pretty sure that claim will yield zero results. We have spent hundreds of dollars out of pocket to fix the carpet and water system. We still have to paint the wall and repair the damage under the sink. Our $800 dishwasher is quickly turning into a priceless gem. It has been 8 days and Mr. Alexander has offered no assistance.  It is my opinion that Mark Alexander is more concerned with sales and cares nothing about the customer. All I can say is Buyer Beware.

    The 3 man crew arrived early, I gave them a quick tour of what was going and they went right to work. They seemed professional, but unfortunately they were ill equipped for the job. They moved everything except the couches with two wheeled dolleys wrapped with cardboard. Unfortunately this resulted in damage to several items.
    Several bookcases were scratched on the top and the bottom. The top edge of a dresser was scratched and chipped by one of their two wheelers. Our Ethan Allen china hutch was scratched when they put the top on the base.  An antique cedar chest had damage to several pieces of veneer, which are now missing.
    I pointed this damage out to the driver who said that he would report it and that I would get a call the next morning to schedule a time for repair. So far, my calls have gone unanswered.
    Even though they were polite, I'm giving them a "C" because I just don't think they took the time to care for my stuff. Which is the whole reason I hired them; I wanted professionals moving the stuff I didn't want damaged.

    The sales manager and manager were good. When they first came, 2 of the people were rude and obnoxious. However, when I was getting ready to get them to come and pick up the stuff, 2 other people came that weren't like that.

    This is a top notch company. There is not a retail store here, you have to order through their website. Prices were fantastic and no sales tax since they don't have a retail store here! Received the sink in a timely manner. The sink was actually flawed (not their fault). Was skittish about how they would assist me. Called them on Monday, they had a new sink overnighted to me which I received the next day! No cost to me! They also sell faucets and lighting fixture. Would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.
