I told them what I wanted and they simply tried to talk me into anything they had in their display case. When I was ready to purchase I knew where to go... I emailed John Bartelsmeyer in Fort Scott, Kansas. I received fast reply's to all my questions. Great personalized service... and fair prices! I presently live in a huge popular town surrounded by multiple jewelry stores and I purchase my jewelry - 1300 hundred miles away from Bartelsmeyer Jewelry. AMy daughter-in-law had used her to take photographs of my grandchildren and we liked the quality of that work so we got in touch with her to do the senior pictures. We were really pleased with the quality of her work. We didn't want anything extravagant and so we were looking for a small package. She does it right on her own personal property and has her own studio. It is well equipped. She does a lot of variety in terms of the posing. She was very easy to work with in terms of location shots as well. We endedup coming back from her place for a location shot. She put them online, so that we could view them all through her website and chose what we wanted printed. I was pleased with everything. The price was very reasonable.- Deborah A.

Jackie the manager is very unprofessional, nonresponsive, rude, belligerent, and nasty. I have been going to this pay center for my utilities now for years and Jackie has never been professional. She is either eating, making personal phone calls or engaged in sidebars with her blonde-headed gal friend and ignores you until she is done.
Jackie is immature and likes to have her tween daughter handle the cash register. Jackie likes to "round up" you utility bills because she is too lazy to give change. She is not authorized to do this and is guilty of questionable business practices.
Jackie claimed she is a grouch because she is going through a divorce (no surprise there), but that doesn't explain all the other years of unprofessionalism.
This is not an isolated grievance and plenty of others have complained about this sociopathic individual who used to put alleged bad check writers (I'm not one of them) on her wall. Many people that had the same names were mistaken for bad-check writers and were insulted, refusing to go back to her store.

FThe informed us that they do not install dishes on a metal roof, even though they are the originial ones to install it before on a metal roof, now they don't and they have a right to refuse to install it. Now we have to cancel outrcontract or put it up ourselves and they will not provide any maintenance on it. We have been paying on the extra maintenance for 3 years and just now we find out that they don't service metal roofs. They will only put it up on a pole, at a hugh cost to you. - we are going to go with someone else.
