    Was given a plethora of problems with our car on their evaluation. Only the vacuum hose needed replacement. Told water pump and radiator leaking-then why haven't we needed to add fluids? My son has a container of 50/50 mix which has barely been touched since we put it in his car 3 years ago. Told rear strut was bad. Replaced two years ago. We took it back to Good Year instead of letting them replace it. Turned out to be a loose bolt only. Truly disappointed that they attempted to hoodwink a young man with his first car. We had been going to the VW dealership but were willing to try a local shop. We will not use them again. Still not sure whether we should have let them do the work they did. Where told the check engine light wouldn't go out because all the issues we didn't fix. It hasn't come back on yet.

    Excellent! We have been taking our vehicles to Jeff Wolff for nearly ten years. He is fair and honest, and communication is great. He keeps us up to date on things that might need to get done in the future, versus things that ought to be done sooner than later, depending on how much driving we are planning to do (we drive all over the country). He has even come to the house to work on a vehicle when AAA couldn't get through the snow to tow it to him.

    My son recommended Crown Volkswagen. We'd been looking for a Chevy pickup. So we went and saw the same lady my son had. They were very good. Our sales person was Laura Augustine. She was able to stick within our price range. She has a very nice personality, very open and outgoing. We went, we saw what we wanted, she showed us what they had and didn't push us at all. My husband is a certified Master Mechanic, now retired, so we knew what we were getting.

    We looked around Olathe Ford Lincoln and we told them what we wanted. The salesperson was kind of pushy and they were supposed to put the bed liner in it which they didn't. He just wanted us to buy the vehicle so he could get his commission. We tried to get them to move the price down and organize the financing. They did cooperate a bit on that.

    Rhino liner protects the back of your truck from scratches. It is a spray-on lining and it stops stuff from sliding around the truck. We had known about it and we were supposed to have gotten it done when we got the truck but they didn't do it. So we found this place and had them spray the liner in. We'll be taking our current truck down to get it done. Rhino Liner has a lifetime warranty. It takes about three hours to dry, but they recommend you don't put anything on it for about 12 hours. It was a great experience with J H Custom Wheel. The guy explained everything to my husband on the phone, and then when we went down he told us what to expect and how long it would take.

    Long story short we had to buy a new car and then 2 weeks later bought another used car.  We have had excellent luck with their service department and specifically with Kurt Krickbaum.  He always tells us straight and makes sure we know all options (required service, suggested or save money and do it yourself repairs).  So when it was time to buy a new car we only had to make one stop at Frank Ancona.  We ended up buying a new car and then 2 weeks later bought a used car.  Both areas were excellent and no pressure sells.  They completely let us choose the pace and just were there to answer questions.  The financing took a while because they were down to 1 finance manager but overall it was an excellent experience.  (And I HATE car shopping).  I feel like we got a fair deal and look forward to great ongoing care from their service department.

    They always do an excellent job and were very friendly.  Kurt always makes sure I understand what they are performing but also advises us when it may make sense for my husband to save a few $ and do some repairs at home.  This is truly the only dealer where I feel they are looking out for my best interest.

    I had been having trouble for a couple weeks with my transmission not engaging immediately when i stepped on the gas. I had been having a check engine light on for a while and had been trying different things to alleviate that, but didn't associate it with the transmission. But when the problems started, I kind of figured that it was. There was a whine from my transmission as well as a burnt smell to my transmission fluid (in the later stages). I took it in to AAMCO and they did what I stated above. They were very helpful and even took a couple coupons that i found on their website (one for a free external diagnosis and one for 100 dollars off transmission work). I would very much recommend them.
