• Marcio and his team did a great job painting the house.  They were very thorough.  The entire house was painted with brushes.  They scraped and sanded the siding, applied primer (by brush), sanded, applied a coat of paint, sanded, and applied a final coat of paint.  There were a number of rotten trim boards, which they replaced with PVC board.  They also discovered a fairly large quantity of rotted boards under the siding.  Marcio showed me all of the damage and gave me an estimate of the added cost before doing the repairs.  The carpentry work was very well done and the added cost for the repairs was very reasonable.  The cleanup was very good as well.
  I would highly recommend Provider name locked. and will use them again when my next paint job is needed.

• Price quote was within my budget and given over a few phone calls and a few iterations.
  Once the date was fixed, the crew came on time and worked non-stop to prep and paint the house.
  They recommended changing the size of gutters for better drainage. I ended up replacing it. The price was fair.
  The exterior paint  job was finished nicely. The site was left clean.

• They were not very punctual and they did not instill a lot of confidence in me they would do a a professional job. There was also a miss understanding in what work was quoted and how it was requested done. On the phone he tells you exactly what you want to hear but on the quote is just a bunch of scribbled nonsense. So be carefull of that. I would probably use him again if I was departed and had an easier job, like a cracked sidewalk.
