They are wonderful. Had a dog with an earache and they got me in super fast. The treatment was quick and he's already feeling like himself again. They always get me in within a day or so for any thing that pops up. I've seen several of the vets there and like them all!

This vet is fabulous with my pet.  He is very friendly, very personable, he listens to what I have to say and he knows that I would anything for my dog and he is very patient with me.  He takes very good care of my dog.  Dr Bayliff is not like other vets who try to do add on.  If I think that the dog needs something but the doctor does not he will tell me.  For instance I had convinced the doctor to do the chemo every 6 weeks though he wanted to do it every 3 months.  This can be very costly with all the blood work, x-rays, and CBC and I think it is around $300 every time I get it done.  That gives an idea where he could be making a lot more money off of me if he did not have any morals. He is just a very nice guy, very upfront and very caring and compassionate.  He cares about the owners too.  He goes above and beyond and he has been very gentle with me with all the stuff that my dog has been through.  He has very good personality too.

I have taken both my fur babies here. My beloved boxer passed away During his battle with an immune disorder the vets and staff could not have been more supportive. They tried everything in their means to save him. Unfortunately, during his battle he suffered a heart attack. I now have a Brussels griffon and she had to have a bladder stone removed she did wonderful! Cost was half what other vets would charge ..And I love the fact the all the vets consult with each other.

Dr. Olson is the Vet, and he is very patient, and takes his time with you and your pet. His office is clean and his staff is wonderful.
When our previous dog was sick, he went above and beyond in helping us care for him in the most caring way possible. He is a gem of a Veterinarian!

This was a very disappointing experience and we changed vets immediately after this. We had taken our cat in for regular veterinary care since kitten hood and the cat was on meds for a thyroid condition. At no time after the initial blood work was her thyroid level checked, nor did I realize that it should have been until I found out later that other vets do this to monitor the effectiveness of the medication. She had several symptoms that were urinary tract related that were reported to the vet, yet renal disease (which is so common in cats) wasn't diagnosed until she was very weak, had lost her appetite, could barely walk, and was near death. I would not recommend this vet to anyone although I have to admit that I know of others who have had better experiences.

Although this service provider is pricey it is definitely a case of the customer getting what he pays for. All three vets are excellent and conscientious. I have an older dog who has survived cancer, several surgeries, and now Cushing's Disease. She is still going strong! I tell my friends that I would love it if I received this quality of care through my physician.

They are a wonderful group. The veterinarians are friendly, professional, and caring. I have been there over the past six years with two dogs. The first had to be put asleep. I was helped through that. My present dog likes to stop in just to say hi. It is a very clean and well organized clinic.  SJ Waters

They are a little expensive but we always know that we are going to get really quality care. They have saved our dogs' lives a couple of times. We have confidence in the Dr. Skaer and her knowledge; she is excellent. It is a family owned place and we have used her father before her.

This was our first visit to Kutter Pet Care. In my opinion, the front lobby area creates somewhat of a sterile environment. Mainly because of the size and the echo created by the flooring. It just didn't seem very inviting. But maybe it needs to be that big if it gets crowded.

At check in, the front desk staff were efficient and professional. Not overly friendly, but I guess there is no reason to be. The person that evaluated our puppy was very nice. Everything was fine with the surgery (spaying) as far as we can tell. Of course, not being there the whole time with the dog, we just have to take their word for it. And we have no reason not to believe our dog received good care. We received a call during the day from the tech, as promised, informing us when the dog was out of surgery and how she was doing. And, as promised, we also received a call the next morning checking on her progress.

The doctor who happened to be at the front desk when we picked up our dog was nice and informative. At check out, the front desk staff were very informative and pleasant.

Overall, the visit was very professional. Pricing seemed to be pretty much in line with other veterinarians. All in all it was a good experience. But, just for me, the atmosphere in the front area has a very clinical "feel" to it.

Dr. Solomon and his staff are the best. They truly care for the animals and give the best care possible, but are reasonable regarding the cost-effectiveness of treatment options and sympathetic when difficult decisions must be made. I would recommend them very highly.
