dining room we researched contractors on Angie’s List. We were looking for a
company with a great reputation. As busy
parents of two young children, it was our desire to have a reliable and
professional contractor who could provide a properly and well-executed remodel in
a timely fashion with as little intrusion upon our daily lives as possible. We
had high hopes when we hired

We had a very specific masonry design, which we communicated through photos, emails and conversations

problem executing our design, and did it extremely well. However this

twice before it was done properly.
Trim arrived at my house
to work, but had no idea what he was supposed to do. I had to provide instructions
and show where the work was to be done and where the materials were.
In the end of a project that seemed to be one frustration
after another we made
been made aware throughout the project as well.) After which they corrected the
remaining issues and adjusted our final statement at my urging. We are happy
with the end result, however were left feeling very disappointed with the
overall management of our project. We feel that
had to bring items to their attention time and time again and stay on top of
them until they were done properly. It was also disappointing that we almost
sacrificed our design because they didn’t take the time –ahead of time- to
understand what we were looking for.
Work began in earnest in mid February, and was essentially completed (except for the items that required us to be in town) by late
April, well within the time estimated by
responding immediately to questions or suggestions.
We returned to Indiana at the end of May. The work was very well done, and everything was as expected except for one major issue:
When we designed the addition we wanted it to look as much as possible as if it had always been there, and
The difference was noticeable but not dramatic.

The work was done in a timely manner and the workers were conscientientious about space on the driveway and appearance of the yard overnight. The finished product looks very nice."
