DGA Roofing Inc DBA Midwest Restoration
Midwest Restoration are the ideal folks to work with. They listened, provide opinions and options and were extremely flexible to the few changes I made to our plan. The quality of the tile work and the custom storage cabinet they built are outstanding. Communication on status, work and overall project updates was timely and proactive. Looking forward to partnering again on our kitchen remodel in the future!

    All Phase Group Inc
Our project with All Phase went fantastic! We were extremely pleased with the level of detail and forethought that went into this project. That level of detail was carried out through the execution of the project, and it shows how much Dave and Kathy pride themselves on the process and a very high quality of work. Our kitchen remodel spilled into a complete first floor makeover including a new layout in the kitchen, full reno of cabinetry/countertops/appliances, removal of a wall, addition and refinishing of existing hardwood floors, and paint throughout. Kathy promised us a schedule, and for a project of this magnitude, we were hopeful they would be able to get close... Well, they nailed it. It was done when they said it would be done, and the contractors were there on the days she said they would be there. Kathy kept the project running like a well oiled machine. Dave and his crew of craftsmen were always respectful and thoughtful of our home and family life. They did an incredible job planning the project and thinking through as many details as they could in advance to minimize the surprises and to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. His crew is truly talented when it comes to woodworking and carpentry. They did it all at a very high level - set cabinets, made shelves, reworked trim around our fireplace, removed a wall, and much more, as well as quarterbacking the whole project. They take a lot of pride in doing things the right way, and they always cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The subs they use are all very professional and detail oriented. From plumbing to electrical to tile to wood flooring to drywall & paint - they all were extremely respectful of our family, our space and our time. They all have worked together on multiple jobs so they were able to communicate small detail things that would have been overlooked by crews that weren't familiar with each other. That was a huge bonus because with a project of this size there are bound to be decisions that have to be made on the fly. With projects like these, I think that you get what you pay for, and that is the only reason I gave a B on price - it was higher than we would have liked to spend, but the result was worth every penny. All Phase provides a great value. Overall, we are extremely happy with the finished product, and very thankful that the process went as smoothly as it did. We would absolutely hire All Phase again!

    Booher Remodeling Co
We were very pleased. We selected Booher over two other companies because we felt they would get do the best job. They arrived were at our house when they said they would be most of the time and stayed on schedule. The project manager kept us up to date on everything they were doing so there were no surprises. The finished project is almost identical to the 3D rendering they showed us before we signed the contract. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    All Phase Group Inc
we had a leak in the basement due to a bad drain. Result of this was remodeling two of our 5 bathrooms. All Phase Group came in very professional and friendly. They got work done quickly with the timeline they had. They were always willing to work with any setbacks they had and kept the family well updated. Kathy and Dave worked in a very organized fashion allowing the process to go smoothly. They also have a dynamite crew working under them. Would recommend again!

    Gallery Carpet Care
I hired Chris and his company to do a remodel job in my house which entailed laying new flooring wood and tile flooring throughout, drywall work, backsplash, new tile shower, and installing bathroom sink, kitchen sink, and dishwasher among some items typical with a remodel. A job that Chris told me would take just a few days ended up taking weeks to finish. He then pulled his crew off (which sounds like its typical) to start a new job before finished with my job. I lived through construction from October through January and they probably worked the equivalent of 6 weeks. Chris is a terrible communicator but a great salesperson. He sets his crew up for failure by failing to communicate to them the entire scope of the job or having them prepared to start a job day 1 ready to go. My brand new shower was supposed to have a built in shelf - it does not. I had to explain to Chris how to install both a dishwasher and a garbage disposal after both were done incorrectly, yet he pushed back. The reviews seem great for carpet cleaning services, but I would be VERY CAUTIOUS to hire them for remodel work. 2 stars for the work that was completed being adequate and the crew themselves being nice guys, otherwise it would be 1 star.

    Project Melton
Project Melton has been my General Contractor for years. From replacing water heaters to 20K bathroom remodels the project total price is always listed along with details around installment payments based on project milestones. Defined processes exist for changes and he provides realistic project dates based on the situation to do the job correctly. As an amateur handyman, I have an understanding of what it takes to do the work, I choose Project Melton because they have the skill and years of experience to do the job correctly. Attached is a picture from recent project (2018) of a bathroom remodel for the kids.

    Lifestyle Group Residential Remodeling
We took on an ambitious house addition and kitchen remodel that we could not imagine doing without the help and expertise of The Lifestyle Group. From the beginning to the end we were treated to an extremely professional team that took care of our home as if it was their own. The thing I loved about this project was the communication and attention to detail. You had it all: approachable, fun and easy to talk to, listened to what we said, responsive, even an app on our phone! Our finished project exceeded our expectations to the point that we are trying to find another project to work with The Lifestyle Group again!

    Mitchell Ceramic Tile & Marble
From our first meeting with Mitchell Ceramic Tile & Marble, we were very pleased with the estimate, initial scheduling to begin, and the overall approach to our project by the business owner, Louis Mitchell. Throughout the duration of the job, Louis was professional and friendly and worked closely with us to ensure our bathroom remodel went smoothly and met our expectations. The finished project actually exceeded our expectations and we are EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of the completed work our bathroom shower is really beautiful. The project took a bit longer than expected due to delays with getting the specific tiles and related materials that we wanted from our supplier, along with an unexpected plumbing repair/rework to the tub pipes, which were adjacent to the shower stall. An excellent experience overall Louis was a stickler on ALL details of the project, especially the grout lines on the shower walls. When we look at the shower walls and the amazing uniformity of the tiles and grout lines, it gives our bathroom an eye-catching appearance that could be featured on HGTV or in Better Homes & Gardens magazine! Thank you, Louis you did a wonderful job for us!

    Bowden Ceramic Tile
We hired Bowden Ceramic Tile to completely tear out and rebuild our master bathroom. Wayne Bowden worked as general contractor and the scope of work included moving the shower and wc, ripping out and rebuilding several interior walls, removing the pre-existing floor (carpet) and replacing it with porcelain tile, removing a bathtub, and all kinds of related carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work. The job took approximately 6 weeks. Wayne's work ethic is outstanding. He and his crew came to work promptly each weekday morning and worked steadily until end of day. During the project several problems came up (e.g., existing wall slightly out of plumb and too tight for new vanity due to bowed 2x4) and Wayne solved the problem rather than simply try to work around it. The result is that all new and rebuilt walls and corners are perfectly square and plumb, resulting in the tile also being perfectly aligned and square. In summary, the work done by Bowden Ceramic Tile was outstanding. If you want the best "tile guy" in central Indiana, Wayne is your guy.
