"They were very punctual, early in fact. Light was installed quickly and looks great! No mess left behind. I will definitely use again.

"The deal had expired; and I appreciated the owner still honoring the coupon. However, when I spoke with him to schedule the service, he could not give me an approximate price for installing a typical light fixture (I made it clear I was only asking for a rough estimate.) While I was satisfied with most of the work (simply changing out light fixtures,) I am not happy that the half bath fixture is now off-center (that too was a change-out, not a new box.) I asked the electrician and he said he could not make it more centered. That seems like something a professional electrician should be able to do. It might have required extra work or more money but I would definitely have been happier with the job.

"I had called another electrician that told me I would have to special order a switch. After two weeks of not getting my phone calls returned, I called
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
.
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
came right out and looked at the switch that needed replaced. He told me that it would be able to be replaced with a regular switch, and if I did it myself it would only cost a dollar or so. If he sent someone to change it, it would be $100. He told me if I changed the switch out myself and that was not the problem, he would come out and fix it for free.
When I replaced the switch and it did not work, he came out within an hour and quickly found the remote part that needed removed and rewired. True to his word, he did not charge me.
Prompt, honest, and quick to respond means I will be calling him again with any future electrical needs.

"When my husband and I decided to remodel our fireplace and
dining room we researched contractors on Angie’s List. We were looking for a
company with a great reputation. As busy
parents of two young children, it was our desire to have a reliable and
professional contractor who could provide a properly and well-executed remodel in
a timely fashion with as little intrusion upon our daily lives as possible. We
had high hopes when we hired
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
that they were right for the job.
Unfortunately, our experience proved very disappointing.
We hired
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
as our general contractor so that the
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked

of managing the many steps of the project and finding the best craftsmen, rested
with the professional. During the project we have had to micro manage issues
with almost every trade.
We had a very specific masonry design, which we communicated through photos, emails and conversations
with
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
. However the day the mason came to our job, he had little
information as to what it entailed. Once he understood, he claimed that it
wasn’t possible. After much discussion and frustration with
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
we
halted the project, and found our own mason, Chapman Masonry. They had no
problem executing our design, and did it extremely well. However this
caused a several week delay and the need to purchase new, appropriate
materials.
Repeated drywall attempts
for our dining room ceiling left us very unimpressed with Discount
Drywall.
Footprints were left all over
our newly sealed floors in the living room, which resulted in a “do over”.
We needed cable run to
allow for a TV to be mounted above the new fireplace. The electrician
relocated an old cable without testing it or having any idea of it was a
functioning outlet. When it didn’t work, a hole had to be cut into our new
wall to correct the issue.
Crown had to be recaulked
twice before it was done properly.
Trim arrived at my house
to work, but had no idea what he was supposed to do. I had to provide instructions
and show where the work was to be done and where the materials were.
In the end of a project that seemed to be one frustration
after another we made
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
aware of our disappointment. (Although they had
been made aware throughout the project as well.) After which they corrected the
remaining issues and adjusted our final statement at my urging. We are happy
with the end result, however were left feeling very disappointed with the
overall management of our project. We feel that
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
was not proactive. We
had to bring items to their attention time and time again and stay on top of
them until they were done properly. It was also disappointing that we almost
sacrificed our design because they didn’t take the time –ahead of time- to
understand what we were looking for.

"I called
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
on 4 November (I have used them in the past for much bigger jobs - about $2,500 worth of work altogether), and
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
came out first thing the next morning. He quickly diagnosed our problem, fixed it, and only charged for a service call. He likely saved me death by electrocution or me burning down the house. I will continue to use
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
for all of my electrical needs, or at least until they give me a reason to change my mind.

"We used Centennial before for our basement remodel. Again,
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
and his crew were excellent, professional and thorough. Our master bath remodel was a complete gutting including plumbing and wiring work. We are very pleased with the results. The siding replacement and chimney work went well too. Would definitely recommend.

"All work performed was done in a professional and courteous manner with a mimimal of disruptions. Company is easy to work with and accomodating. I would certainly recomment this company and use them again for any future electrical work.

Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
was the technician involved in our service. To be fair, I do not know if it was the complex nature of our problem or the seemingly high volume of customers using the firm, but after an initial visit (which was completed in a timely and professional fashion) and an explanation of what needed to be done, I did not hear from the company for over a week. I contacted them to get an update and how long it would take to fix our lighting and outlets. I left three different messages for our technician with the office; not one was returned. I was finally informed, on my fourth call, that our technician was in a remote area and could not be reached, but that Mr.
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
, the owner of the firm, would contact me. He never did. After about 10 days I finally received a return phone call from our technician; we then scheduled a time for him to come back and complete the work, which he did in a punctual and professional fashion. However, he did have to return once more to replace a socket in a light in our breakfast nook that, in my opinion, he should have evaluated and repaired properly the first time.
The work was completed with high quality and our technician was professional; pricing seemed reasonable. However, the communication with him and their office was poor and the work seemed to take much longer to be completed than it should have. I would not reccomend this firm if you have a problem you need fixed quickly.

"I called for an estimate on a GFCI outlet repair.
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
said it would take him an hour to get to me, so he suggested I call someone closer to Zionsville. I explained that he has a coupon on Angie's List for a free trip charge if north of 96th St. He said that is only if there is over $200 or work to be done...that the coupon should be more specific.
He was very nice and I understand that he would
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
money doing the job I needed done.
I don't know who is responsible for how the coupon reads, but it is obviously misleading. I could have saved my time and
Zionsville Electricians Provider Name Locked
's if the coupon read correctly.

"He alerted us to a potential concern w/ our electrical panel we otherwise would not have been aware of. One item we mentioned to him, he told us how to fix ourselves and said it would be cheaper to do it ourselves then have him do it. The outdoor light fixture he replaced is working fine. He gave us lots of his time and while he wasn't wasting time he was thorough and answered all our questions.
