  • I previously used another firm from Angie's List and should have read the reviews more carefully. After that poor experience, I have to tell you finding this firm and Wade has been a blessing. He's very professional, polite, courteous and provides an excellent quality service. They've been approachable, friendly, warm which goes a long way, but certainly takes it over the top since they also provide a great service. I highly recommend this group!

  • Went well until I asked them to check the quality of their work.  Then the following exchange.  Now, the provider is emailing me through Angie's List.  Someone should allow for a blocking feature.

    Phillip.
    You offered to give me your credit card over the phone during our initial conversation. At that point I informed you that an authorization form was required. I also informed you why we were only taking credit cards because many customers were not paying me on time. 
    At that point I also explained my billing policy.  This is standard procedure that I go through with every new customer.  Apparently you forgot our agreement. I will send a statement with all of your current charges. Please keep in mind that I am keeping a record of all emails being exchanged and appreciate your professional courtesy during the remainder of our business relationship.
