    I bought two of the big back tires. I had to pick them up one at a time, that was my issue because I only had one jack. I would drop it off and typically they would leave it out back when it was ready to go. ?It's a small town shop and I would just pick it up after work. ?He said he would let me know if there were any problems. ?But I get there and it's not there. ?I called the next morning, they apologized and said I could come get it. ?I take the next one in, leave it out back, go up to the front office and let them know it's there. ?I ask if they will put it out back again for me tonight, they say yes. ?I get there that night and it's not there. I called, they apologized again. ?It happened to me twice in one week, so that's why they get a B in Responsiveness. Normally they are fine.

    I have purchased numerous tires and had much service dine by R&T Tire in Noblesville. Although I have moved way from Noblesville, I would not hesitate to use R&T again. I have used them for over 14 years and would not hesitate to use them again.

    I have used this service before for my muffler and exhaust system repairs and have been happy. The flex pipe replacement went fine, and I am happy with that part.
    However, I let this provider replace my rear struts, and the struts do not appear to be the correct struts for my car. Now the car slopes down towards the front, and my headlights point toward the ground. I complained that this should not be the case, and I was told that to correct the situation, I would need to replace my front struts. Never had this problem before, and I have been having my cars repaired for over 40 years with a number of strut replacements over that time.
    After the replacement, I experienced a loud banging noise when I drove over a small bump. I returned to Becks, and they replaced bushings. When I complained about the headlights pointing towards the ground, I returned the car to the shop, and they said they would adjust the headlights. These were original equipment headlights and had never before been adjusted. They still could not get the headlights adjusted to the proper position, and the mechanic broke one of the adjusters. I subsequently replaced the headlight assemblies myself, and have adjusted the headlights to point to the proper location. 
    Conclusion: I have good experiences with exhaust system repairs by Beck--Not so good experience with mechanical repairs.

    Mike Godbey was my contact, and he was very friendly. He was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me to drive as repairs were being made. I felt the crew was all honest about the repairs and I feel the price was fair for all that I had done. The shuttle drivers were very nice.

    They were very professional. They did a great job. They found the problem and I found the price right. The person I talked to was really good and gave me good information. He gave me the estimate and the time when it was ready. After 3 hours, I was able to pick up the car and it is working great.

    Guaranteed Transmission Service
    I've been taking both of my vehicles to Guaranteed Transmission for about six months and I can honestly say that I've never been to a friendlier, more competent automotive service center. Everyone there treats me nicely, but most importantly the work is done right and they stand behind it. I've moved around the state quite a bit, and there are three services that are difficult for me to find in a new city - a good doctor, a good dentist, and a good place to take my car for repairs. Guaranteed Transmission came recommended by several people I work with, and I'm glad I listened to them. GT's free shuttle to and from work is very convenient. I know I can take my vehicles there and they will be fixed right and at a reasonable cost. Extremely highly recommended!

    Westfall's, here in Lafayette, Westfall's Car Repair is by far the most practical, down to earth people. They have done all of my repairs, my grease job and all the changes and repairs and that kind, whenever it comes to time. We have a 2015 Silver, it hasn't had any problems. We have a 2009 Toyota, we haven't had any problems. I haven't had any car repairs to speak of except for grease job and oil changes for some time. We came here in 1972 and whatever that is, is how long we have used Westfall's. What stands out with the services they actually provide is that they are dependable, they fix it, you pay a fair price, walk away and forget about it. Scheduling the actual services with Westfall's is easy, just one phone call, 30 seconds and you are done. Jim is not a conversationalist, "hello, Westfall's, yes, tomorrow at 8:00 O’clock, bye." there you go, scheduled. The charge for the oil change is probably with the filter, labor and oil, it is probably around 40 dollars. If a friend or a neighbor, anyone new to the area who is looking for a good auto repair shop, I would tell them about Westfall's without hesitation. They are dependable. The price is right. They fix it right, walk away and forget about it. I would absolutely use this service provider again, without hesitation.

    Since the Infiniti dealer is in Indianapolis, I wanted to perform a factory-scheduled maintenance check in town, and gave Beck's a try (not having been very pleased with Mike Raisor imports). The job was done in less than an hour and the serviceman even went to get me at a nearby Subway's to let me know. He pointed out what needs to be replaced in the next 6-12 months, without soliciting further services. However, when asked if they could perform replacement tasks, they followed up within hours (by e-mail) with a complete quote. The only (minor) drawback is that their waiting room is rather noisy, although it equipped with the minimum (small desks, free wi-fi, and a Keurig coffeemaker). But I really like their responsiveness, and will probably go back to them for further work.

    Beck's assisted my college son at Purdue, West Lafayette, when his car wouldn't start.  I spoke in person with the provider and made it clear that I wanted my son to handle the issue with them so that he could learn more about how this type of situation works--we did not want to act as parents "saving the day" for our son.  They were respectful of that and dealt only with him from then on.  My son, Kyle, told them to only fix the problem, not more.  They respected that request.  While they provided a list of items that needed attention, they only fixed the main issue due to my son's financial limitations.  He was impressed that they responded very quickly to his needs and fixed the vehicle while he waited.  We were so thankful as parents since we are 2 hours away and concerned for our son--they really listened to our son and got his vehicle running safely.  Our son was able to afford the service and has had no issues since.  Thank you!  It's nice to know that they did not "take advantage of him" but honestly fixed the issue within a college student's budget.  It's so hard being 2 hours away when your child needs help--so grateful they stepped in, and also that my son learned a lesson in automobile maintenance.  Thanks, Beck's!

    I've been very happy with the service and the people are friendly too. They always give me a ride to work in the morning which is very helpful. They thoroughly go over the car every time and let me know if anything needs attention. There's never any pressure to do any work, they just want to let you know if there are any issues. Getting Becks Bucks in the mail afterwards is nice too. I'd highly recommend Beck's to anyone. They are honest, professional, and do quality work.
