    Please do yourself a favor and don't an entire weekend like we did shopping for a mattress. Simply go here and you will be amazed with this company's professionalism and pricing. We are so unbelievably happy with our transaction. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress or an adjustable base.

    Great. Ordering was easy. The company sent me all the materials necessary to order the custom sized table pads. Although they said it would take 6-8 weeks, I received the table pads within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size, so I called them. I was very pleased to find out that the woman who answered the phone very readily acknowledged that there had been a mistake. She quickly corrected it and I had the correct table pads within 10 days. Great customer service.

    ABT Appliances installed my stove. The stove made a funny noise, with no questions asked replaced the stove. Workmen are very professional and give a 3 hour window of arrival. On the delivery day they called and let me know the exact time they would be there so I did not have to wait around. When I went to the store they had cookies and it smelled good.

    l  wanted a high quality dishwasher to replace an 21 year old unit that was built into custom cabinets.  There were no models that I liked, that would allow me to purchase a new custom panel for the front of the new dishwasher.  I decided to go with their recommendation for high quality white dishwasher, since it matched some other appliances.  I did though, want a VERY quiet model.  I decided to buy their recommended model and they matched the price I had found on the internet.  They ordered the unit, and came today, during a bad snow storm to install the the unit and remove the old one.  Their intaller called me before coming, and came right on time.  He was the BEST installer I've ever experienced and did an OUTSTANDING job!!!
    Overall, my experience from sales through installation, was the BEST I've ever had concerning appliances.

    We went to their store in Valparaiso to buy a new mattress. We like to support local businesses whenever possible. The sales woman seemed to go out of her way to help us select the best mattress for our needs,but once we made our choice,the service went downhill.The price kept changing,but she told us that she would give us "the sale price". Then, I needed to buy a special pillow for my neck,and we were told they were on back order even though there were some in the store.We were told that she could not sell those,no reason was given as to why. Then, we were told that a mattress protector came with the mattress at no additional charge,but that it was not the best for people with allergies. So, we decided to BUY an additional mattress protector,but when our mattress was delivered,only the freebie protector was left with us.The one we bought "had been given to someone else". When we selected our mattress,we picked a FIRM one. However about two weeks after sleeping on our new mattress,we realized that our new mattress was NOT the model we had selected! So I called the store and had to leave a voice mail. A few days later, the manager returned my call. He said that Serta would exchange our mattress at no cost,but that they would have to order the one we bought. We finally got the mattress we bought,but Lynn's did not seem to happy about our complaint. The bottom line:  No Service After The Sale!

    We are very happy with them because we purchased the refrigerator on a discounted price but within a month they had a sale and had $200 off. So I took the receipt back and they gave me the $200 credit. I did not expect them to do that and it was very nice of them to do that. I think generally their prices are good. They are reliable. They give you a window and usually they are on time. We bought a large TV from them a year and a half ago. We had the same experience then. They are pretty good at what they say they will do. We would continue to buy from them in the future.

    I ordered a washer and dryer and was told that the sale included a complimentary hookup. When I didn't hear from Best Buy to confirm a delivery time, which was suppose to be a 24 hour in advance notice, I called the store and they said that the 24 hour advance notice was actually about 13 hours becasue they made their calls between 6-8pm. but if the time didn't fit my schedule I could chose a time that would. I asked if they would have enough venting to hook up the dryer since exhaust hook-up is next to a closet wall (42" wide) I was told to mention this to the delivery person when they called to confirm my delivery time, that this should not be a problem because their installers would have all of the parts on the truck but to mention this to them. A woman called to confirm the time and I explained the hookup to her. She said she didn't know which truck would be coming to the house so I asked her to confirm the size of the venting that was ordered to be sure they had enough equipment. She said we ordered a 8 foot venting system. 1. When I was called at 6pm the night before, and given a 9:30-11am appointment the next morning I asked if I could get a different time and was told that this was when they would be in my area and that was the only time frame in which I could get delivery that day. Best Buy was not flexible on the time like they said and this made it very difficult for me to arrange my work schedule. I lost 3 hours of work for this delivery. 2. Problem with the hook-up. They would only make one exhaust pipe connection. The dryer was next to a wall. The wall's drywall had a cosmetic plastic union, which allowed the flexible dryer vent to pass through the drywall. The other side of the wall was a 42" wide closet that led to the outside wall of the house. Because we had a plastic union, they considered this plastic union a connection. They said they were only allowed to make one connection from the dryer to the outside. All they had to do was to cut the flexible 4" pipe in half and connect the rest of the flexible pipe to the other side of the union in the closet wall. But they considered this a second connection and this was against the rules. I guess that if we just had a hole in the wall, with no wall protecting union, this would have been within their rules. The whole pipe run was only 7 feet. Nothing was in their way. We had everything cleared out of the way in order to ease the installation. We even took off the laundry room door and removed the old washer/dryer to give them plenty of room. When they refused to make the second connection, I called the home office. After a 45 minute phone call, in which I was put on hold several times, the installers then said that the hook up was not code because the 4" pipe would be angled downward. However, when I had the dryer installed the next day, we saw that the 4" pipe did not angle down. If the downward angle was a problem, I would have gladly had the union moved up on the wall. We were even open to paying extra, for a second connection. After refusing the delivery, I called a local company and got delivery the next day. It took the other company only 5 minutes to hook up the exhaust pipe. What was very interesting is that this local company, I purchased the washer and dryer from later that day, told me that this was their third sale that day where people had refused the Best Buy delivery due to the hookup. This appears to be a very expensive problem for Best Buy. Maybe Best Buy should look at their returns and not just their sales. Commentary.....you pay for installation because of convenience and because the installers are suppose to be able to adapt to simple on site situations better than a novice. As a non installer, I did my best to describe the job before the installers were scheduled. If the person who confirmed the delivery time didn't know the rules, how should a novice customer expected to anticipate these rules. This is the second time I had a problem with Best Buy and thought I would give them a second chance. No more chances. That was their last chance.

    How it went: I feel hoodwinked by a company that incorporated in 2007. They are a part of a huge network called RJD Stores. This company could be a case study for how to not provide good service. -The packing was equally bad -The return policy is draconian -There is a 'restocking' fee that is not advertised on the sales site -They refused to speak with about the shipping fee that they would deduct from my check (free shipping on their end turns into the customer paying the shipping for their shipping; then, the customer must pay the shipping to get the poorly packaged items back to them). -Packaging: items must be in original packaging. Well, the three boxes were shrinkwrapped together and on a pallet. It is not possible to shrink wrap. -This company is set up, seemingly, to give NO service. - was told that the company 'has too much to do' to be talking to customers with problems with their orders; that they talked with us only as "a favor." -When I called one hour after delivery the person on the phone said, "Do you KNOW about our return policy?" She refused to tell me anything about the shipping fee.

    When the chair arrived it had the wrong fabric on it. When my wife reported it to the salesman he said she was wrong. He went though all the reason why she might be mistaken. He insisted that the fabric numbers matched. He didn't allow for any other possibility. His major concern was to make sure he wasn't to blame. My wife asked me to get involved since she felt as though she was simply being dismissed. I went to the store with the chair, had the salesman get the sample book out and compared the fabric to the sample. My wife was right, the sample and chair did not match. The manufacturer made the mistake. They made an offer reducing the price substantially. So this works out well but only because we were insistent not because of the professionalism of the salesman.

    I thought that the work that was performed by Indiana Furniture was excellent. I was pleased with the salesman in that he didn't pressure us, and he allowed us to come back three times before making a purchase. I also was pleased with the delivery of my items and the manner in which they arrived in. I think this business was very comfortable to work with. I thought the store itself was a little cramped because there were so many floor displays.
