    American Crawlspace & Basement Corp
Quickly. The crew of 7 arrived early and stayed late to get the project completed within two days. They dug a trench along the exterior walls of the basement, put drain tile in, covered it with 1/2" rock, then filled it with concrete. Along with this, they also installed a new sump pump which was included with the price. The concrete and dirt was taken out to a dumpster they brought and put in our driveway. Cleanup was fairly good, considering what they did. The only issue we had was when they were leaving, we asked if they would come back and put the work benches back in place after the concrete dried. When we got our estimate, the person we spoke with said they would put everything back. I specifically asked if they would put the work benches back (there are 5 work benches), and he said they'd put everything back as it was before. The head of the crew said they would come back the following week after another job and put them back, but when I called to schedule it, I was told it was not part of the agreement, that they didn't usually do that, and they could do it for an additional fee. This was very disappointing because we are seniors (89 and 71) and can't possibly move those work benches ourselves. Other than that, the workmanship and product used were very good and we would use them again.

It went great. They worked quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up their mess but the best part was they were very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.

    FreeFlow Environmental
I would highly recommend FreeFlow for this job. I have been getting water seepage in by basement for years. I had 4 different inspectors come out but Larry was the only one who went over the job thoroughly with me. The pricing was right in the middle of all the quotes I received. The workmen worked very hard hauling concrete and rocks up and down the basement stairs. They covered everything with tarps and butcher paper to minimize the cleanup. They really did a great job! There are a few things, however, you need to know first. 1. If you have a well tank you have to call a well service to temporarily move it if you want water while the guys are working. Call and schedule a couple of weeks in advance as they are busy. 2. If you have a water softener you will have to remove the tanks until the job is finished. Buy a few gallons of water and a couple of cases of water for drinking and washing. 3. Cover the cold air return ducts in your basement so you don't have concrete dust throughout your house. 4. If you are going to paint the walls do it before the concrete and cove system go in. You will have a day or two (after they leave for the day) while they are digging the trench and laying the pipes. It is VERY hard to paint after the cove system is in. 5. After the concrete dries you will see some on the cove system. It is very easy to wipe off and looks much better if you do. 6. Even with tarps the dust gets on things so be prepared for some cleanup.

Met with Jason in July 2020, we are scheduled for December 2020 as they are booked due to all the rain this year. Fingers crossed we are on schedule and there are no delays. We have paid the deposit and financed the rest.

Worker's came 9/14-15/20 at first thought we'd have to reschedule because all items were not removed from space as assumed but the workers were helpful in assisting with that part. Now after really noticing the work done, I had further questions about it as well as what happened to my existing sprinkler system, when I went to turn on my system I noticed the sprinkler heads were not popping up out of area they were previously located and streams of water were going into the site where the workers had dug a trench. I phoned the company and the woman stated she would contact someone to assist me which I did get a call from Rob (whom which I learned later from the company voicemail was owners name) and he instructed me to send photos by email of the issues as he explained the workers "would not remove sprinkler heads or plants" which was incorrect because someone (a worker indeed) had removed my plants planted previously in order to have to place piping there and did not mention about sprinkler system heads or removal of them. I have done everything asked by Rob but when I tried making further contact for him to come out it were excuses or no attempt to phone back I even contact from a new number which he answered right back and after we spoke I haven't heard anything further; especially since now the company has gotten paid they are not contacting back to correct issue which cause my lawn to turn colors from natural green color due to lack or proper watering which I use to be able to do and if the sprinkler company comes there is an $80.00 service call fee and not including repair and replacement of sprinkler heads and/or system damage. This is very unfortunate and unfair that the company did not comply with a follow-up as well as ignoring my email or phone calls for assistance and very displeased by their work practice and would not inform other customers for reference and disappointed they are not guaranteeing their service practice and avoiding customers after they receive payment after taking out a loan from a company they referred us too and now we have to repay back on a loan plus repairs for a properly working system before they done the work.

    Davis Concrete Correctors
I called 5 different companies and received 4 different quotes for my basement water project. The system that Davis Concrete provided made the MOST sense and was also very close to the best price I had. They also provided the best scheduling options. After signing a contract, everything moved very quickly. They called to confirm our scheduled time, and was finished in 2 days. They left my house as clean as can be expected for the type of work performed. Make sure you are ready for them and make as much space as possible for them to work. Make sure you pick up some painter's plastic and block off what you can, and closing air vents in the areas being worked on. I also recommend changing your air filter after the work is complete. I feel confident that this was the best choice I could have made in regards to my water problem. Other company solutions just didnt make sense for my specific problem. Davis considered all the obstacles and provided a solution that worked. So far, all this rain and NO WATER PROBLEMS! I never thought I would love the sound of my sump pump, pumping all that water out efficiently and effectively! A+ I also want to thank the project foreman that was on site running the job for the 2 days they were here. I can't remember his name, but he knew his stuff. Very knowledge and respectful.

    Perma-Seal Basement Systems
I had a kitchen sink that was draining very slowly and would back up. Additionally, I had a laundry tub that was draining very slowly. Jason & Chris promptly came to rod pipes. They both were professional and answered my numerous questions. The rodding of kitchen drain took longer than I expected because the kitchen drain did not clear immediately. They were were patient and worked through the presenting issues with both the kitchen sink and laundry tub. They also spent time after rodding pipes to look at a potential future project. I look forward to using perma seal in the future.
