Surprisingly well. They communicated well with us. When we called to report a trap had a capture they respond quickly. The technicians were courteous and asked me my wishes regarding the animals. Although they do not guarantee the work, it has been successful.

Steve was great and answered a lot of questions. Though there was a bit of lag on the responsiveness and date of completion, it didn't affect the quality of the job or the services performed. I would hire again.

They called ahead, they were on time. They always explained thoroughly what they were doing. They responded in a timely manner to call backs. They were courteous and always asked our opinion of how we wanted the animals treated.

Bat valve was installed in September. Was to be removed 2 weeks later. Still waiting for valve to be removed and area to be sealed up - 2 months later. Have been in contact with the company multiple times. They set up a day to come out and finish the job, but then they don't show up.

They are a cosmetology school, so they are prone to making some mistakes. They did make a small mistake when I went there, but they fixed it right away. They were all very nice and did a good job for me overall.

I have an antique clock that needs periodic check. He usually tells me what I did wrong when I didn't do anything wrong, but he does a really good job with the clock. They are a certified clock maker, which is fine for the old windup clocks, watches and things that need mechanical help. It costs me $10, and it was a fine for touching the clock. I've got the clock fixed and working now, he said I had not put the machine on, and I don't know what that means, but he fixed it up and made it go again.

The two wigs did not last for 12 months. I did not want to get another wig with a required 1-year contract of $2400 or more. After 8 months of not being satisfied, I removed the wig and sent it by certified mail back to Dan Walters and Son. I said I was ending the contract and I asked for a refund of the remaining unused 4 hair care sessions for a total of approximately $600. I did not receive a response and did not get a refund. Their customer service is very poor.

However, the first wig was too thin over the right temple and the netting could be seen through the hair. I could not back comb or style it to keep the netting from showing. After 2 ? months, the hair was looking like dried grass, so I started wearing my former wigs over the glued-on wig until my 3-month visit. Due to the condition of the wig, they replaced it with my second wig. The problem is, both wigs were ordered at the same time at the onset, so the second wig was also too thin and the netting showed through. I also had a problem that the wig hair at the neckline in the back always wanted to stick out, so it was decided that the next wig needed to be longer in the back where it was glued on and the hair thicker. So in July 2010, a new mold was created for me and during the subsequent discussions and questions, I found that I still had a problem. If I ordered the new wig, I only had 5 months remaining on the current contract. It would take 2 months to get the wig and then I would only have 3 months remaining to use the wig. And according to the contract, the wig must be returned at the end of the contract (Dec 10, 2010) or I would be responsible for an $800 charge. My other option was to pay for another 1-year contract. I was quite frustrated with the wig situation, so I wrote a letter to Dan Walters and asked if he would consider a compromise. Instead of a 1-yr contract with 2 wigs and 12 hair sessions, I would like to buy the wig when I need it and pay for the services when I use them. This would make a win-win situation for both of us. I promptly received a letter from them stating that they want 100% satisfaction from their clients and since I was not satisfied with their services, they would no longer be able to provide for my hair care needs after my contract ends on December 10, 2010.

The technicians were on time. Honored any requests we had for the types of traps set. They were always courteous. They also worked with us on strategy-right up until the ground hog was captured.
