    Konkey Construction & Renovations
I am extremely pleased with the door installation. My home is almost 100 years old, so getting the correct fit was not an easy task. Mr. Konkey arrrived at the appointed time and worked diligently to ensure the door was correctly fitted. I couldnt be more pleased with his price, professionalism, and attention to detail. Thanks to Scott I have a new door that I love! Would I hire him again? Its an emphatic, Yes, from this pleased customer!

    Mr. and Mrs. Handyman
Mr. and Mrs. Handyman are hard-working, friendly and no-nonsense. Their rates are fair, and probably the lowest around. It is a great value because they take pride in their work and if any issue comes up, they are right back to make sure the job is done right. They get a lot of business, so they stay busy, but if you have an urgent issue, they are good about coming right away to help. They are a great team.

We are very happy with our transformed living area, entrance and kitchen. The company kindly performed some small extra handyman work and went beyond expectations in a number of ways. J. and crew are professional, excellent craftsmen, trustworthy and make good use of their time. They arrived half an hour or so after the quoted time, most days, but that was not a major problem for us.

    HM Remodeling
This was a free-formed space that required Brian to analyze and create a proper structure for joists and posts that would permit setting of the railings so that what was set at the ground level matched what was set on the second floor balcony deck. He need to create a seamless transition from the deck to the wheel chair ramp that he designed and built as well as from the ramp land onto the sidewalk that runs along the driveway. They surrounded the deck with a skirt that should keep most of the critters our. The craftsmanship matched every expectation, the structure is rock solid, and the symmetry equals all of my expectations. If not for the weather that posed a couple of delays this would have been completed in maybe 8 days vs. the 2 weeks. The cost was more than $10,000.00.

Copy of letter to Jay: We just wanted to tell you how happy we are with the stained window sills and the project as a whole. Every morning as I walk through the front room and the sun shines in on the sills I appreciate the extra efforts you and your people made to make our window replacement project a beautiful success. We know how much extra work it took to strip and re-stain the sills, but we appreciate it everyday. It is extremely difficult finding companies that are as interested in doing a quality job as they are in making money. Most companies strive for adequate not quality. This entire project from the dismantling, to the install, to the finishing, to the clean up was done in an efficient, close attention to detail and caring manner. Along the way your crew thought things through, not just what it was going to take to accomplish the task at hand but what would be best for us in the long run. Some of the solutions they came up with from removing the windows with a minimum of inside plaster wall damage, to how to fit the kitchen windows, to finishing the sills were exceptional. Their daily clean up before leaving and their final clean up was way above and beyond expectations. Please extend to all of them our appreciation for a project well done.

    Danny's Pro Painters LLC
These are the hardest working workers. They did all of the above to my entire house in one day and with a smile and humor, and true professionalism. They spent 14 hours working with just a short break in shifts for lunch. They made sure I was satisfied with their work before they let me pay anything. My yard was spotless after they left. Can't say enough good about them. Thank you Danny and thank your workers again for me.

Five Star Painting of South Bend
Showed up on time. They both took their time and did a professional job. We had one section of wall that did not cover very well and he came back after the job was completed and repainted with no extra cost for the labor or material. Would recommend.

It went fabulously.. Craig is the utmost professional. He and his team work hard to get the job done to satisfation. They had to relocate 4 furnice/air ducts which was a bit of a surprise.. He only charged a couple hundred extra which for all the had work they had to do to relocate them was a pleasasnt surprise for our budget. He was always asking if there was anything else that could be done for us. He was just wonderful. Everything went along nicely and it was like early Christmas every day something new and wonderufl would appear in my house. He uses very knowledgeable men to help him.. My husband and I are so very pleased. He worked very hard to get my kitchen & bath done before Christmas & we just made it (THANK-YOU) since my family comes to my home for Christmas.

    Renovation Creations
My experience with Renovation Creations could not have been better.  Jon listens, asks questions, makes suggestions and explains everything he will do, without any impatience or condescension.  He clearly demonstrates that he has the best interests of the homeowner, and his business, in mind.  His responsiveness and punctuality are excellent.  And the work has been excellent.
The work was scheduled for late November.  Jon called about a week early to say he had been watching weather reports and wanted to move the work up so it could be completed before a major storm moved in.  The roof work was finished just before major thunder storms with high wind.  He called the next day to let me know he had inspected the work and that all was well.
Concrete work is on the schedule for spring.
