ABrooks Company Contracting, LLCThe Brook's brothers arrived on time and felled the two trees that had been agreed upon with speed and accuracy. The felling of the second tree revealed a third tree was leaning pretty badly towards the neighbor's garage. After some conversation, they took that one down as well to avoid future issues. AAbove and Beyond Tree and Shrubbery ServiceLast August there were a lot of high wind days and during one of those this large branch came down. We called about this and September 1, someone came out gave us an estimate and estimated when they would be able to come to do the work. Since there were a lot of down branches and trees that need to be cleared, all the area tree service people were very booked. Above and beyond said it might be 6 weeks at least or maybe a little longer. They did the work November 2. They did an excellent job including clean up. Before starting they checked with us about how many branches should be removed. They also were careful about the plantings in the yard which I appreciate as a gardener.- Aliceanne O.

AAvina Tree ServiceCarlos came out within half an hour of us talking. He quoted a price and said he could do it the next afternoon. He returned the next day and work hard and steady for a good 4-5 hours. When we went to pay him he said the job was a lot bigger than he'd first thought, but he said he'd stick to his quote. We had already decided to pay him triple his quote because he more that deserved it. I was very impressed that he worked so hard all afternoon thinking he was only getting the amount he originally asked for. He even cut wood that we didn't expect him too. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB AND SUCH A WONDERFUL HUMANBEING!!!- Marilyn B.

AA Cut Above Tree ServiceIt's unbelievable the quality of work Eric and his team does. Eric recognized the urgency to have 3 trees taken down and one trimmed and came immediately to do the work. I had flower beds and perennial gardens right smack in the middle of all of this work and Eric and his team were so careful not to damage a thing! Not one plant or flower was touched. Honestly, these guys are miracle workers and the cleanup was absolute perfection. Five lousy stars are not enough for this team, they deserve 10!- William R.

FA Cut Above Tree ServiceThey used the back of our property to remove a tree from neighbors yard. Told they could use property if none of our trees were damaged. They took out 6 large trees and additional branches of trees to clear a path to the neighbors property. This destroyed our back tree cover and we can now see into our neighbors windows. I have been trying to reach the owner for 3 months to get the damage fixed and have received no contact following my calls, email or better business bureau contact. They also drove their truck through our burn ring. Strongly recommend against using this company.- ZACHARY K.

FDon't waste your time calling the main number for Kevin's Tree & Landscaping because it's just an answering service that either doesn't actually deliver messages or the messages are ignored. Instead, you can try calling Kevin on his personal cell phone which is 574-876-3891. Unfortunately, even that might not work. As others have shared in their reviews, Kevin's has proven to be extremely unprofessional. After a scheduling mix-up for our initial appointment to discuss landscaping services, Kevin came to our home the following day (Wednesday). We had a great conversation and he promised to get back to us with a quote on Friday. Now one week later, I still have not heard from Kevin and have not received any replies to my text messages, phone calls, or Facebook messages. Don't waste your time or energy with them - go to someone who really wants your business and will be more responsive - Smalls Garden Center, Ginger Valley, McKinley Garden Center, or others that have good ratings here on Google. I hope Kevin proves my review wrong...but something tells me he won't.

They took down one very large tree and trimmed another one, they took care of all of the clean up and took everything away with them.
