    The owner of My Best Friend Services, Jacki Elliot, and her employees are consummate professionals who go above and beyond for their customers. We own a condominium in South Bend and, since we live out-of-state, are dependent on people we can trust to have in our home and who follow through on our cleaning needs. On a number of occasions, they���ve gone above and beyond cleaning our home - Jacki has personally met contractors for us at our residence and made sure everything went smoothly. And when I was recently locked out of my condo, she met me on a Sunday to provide me with another set of keys, which was a lifesaver! I highly, highly recommend My Best Friend Services for all of your housekeeping needs!!

    A and M Property Service
    We hired Matt Fisher (Owner of A and M Property Services) to stain our deck and replace a few deck boards. On 5/8/18 I paid for the supplies up front ($555), signed a contract, and was going to pay for the labor upon completion. On 5/8/18 Matt left a voicemail stating that he was going to start on the deck soon. A few days after he left the voicemail, a worker (told me his name was Keegan) put one coat of stain on half of the deck. The same worker didn't return until Friday 5/25/18 where he replaced the 3 deck boards but did no more staining. That was the last time any work was done on the deck and since then Matt has basically been non-responsive. I called Matt on Tuesday 5/29/18 and he said that he could not get in touch with his employee Keegan. I called Matt again on Monday 6/4/18 and left a voicemail and told him to call me ASAP. I called Matt again on Tuesday 6/5/18 and left a voicemail stating that I would like my deck done. Since he was clearly avoiding my phone number, I called him again on Thursday 6/7/18 from another cell phone number - he answered this time. He said that Keegan has the materials and he can't get in contact with him and that he had no money to replace the materials. I clearly explained that Keegan is his employee and that he is responsible for his business. He still gave me excuses about it. That was the last time I actually spoke with Matt Fisher. I called again on 6/13/18 and left a voicemail and a text message stating that I expected one of three things: 1.) My deck stained and completed, 2.) My money back minus the 3 pieces of wood that had already been replaced, or 3.)The return of the supplies that were to be purchased with the $555. He never returned that voicemail or text message.

    He did my bedroom first, everything worked out. The rest of the two weeks, he would come for two hours, he would leave, kept taking off and go to another job. He install my ceiling fan, turned it on and he left. Later on that evening, I turned the light on and one light bulb kept blinking on and off making a real loud sound. They came back out to try to fix it, they couldn't fix it. They came out and purchased a complete different fan, different color. They also took the cedar chest to fix that service master that works with them broke, and a few weeks gone by and I finally asked them about my cedar chest, they told me that they are having trouble fixing it. I asked them if they are going to fix it or give me my money. I was told that someone will send me a $100. To this day, I never received any money. They won't response to my emails or any of my phone calls.

    The movers had our hosehold on the moving truck at their facility, awaiting the scheduled delivery date. We had a family emergency and needed to delay delivery. The movers were very accomodating, allowing us to extend an emergency trip out of town, and they did not charge us extra, even though we tied up a large trailer for an additional week and a half.

    Rush Oak Park Hospital
    My husband uses someone in Rush, I use someone in Rush, and my daughter used to use someone there too. They knew what they were doing. I came in, they were very professional, we were told what to expect, I was put under, I woke up, they said I was great, and this is what I had to do. I did it, and I have no problems. They are a great hospital. The environment was great, the people were very nice, it was clean, and the people were very professional. I was scheduled for surgery at 9:30, and before 9:30, they were taking me up for surgery.  I got the bill, and it is expensive.

    Elkhart General Hospital
    I would rate it as one of the worst hospitals around. They were okay for availability. I was not put under, they just gave me one of the numbing things, but I felt everything, and it was horrible. They didn't have the right equipment, and their machines did not work. I went through a bunch of radiation, and they asked me to wait another 15 minutes for the machine, and I told them I didn't want it, and I was out of there.

    I don't go there, because I pay online, and if I have a problem, I call the 800 number.  AT&T was the only one with an Iphone, and I wanted an Iphone, so we went with them. My daughter has the unlimited data, and I use it to call, and my calendar. Their customer service is very nice. I always complain about my bill, so I always get something knocked off whenever I call. I don't think they are the least expensive, and I don't even think they are the most expensive. I am not unhappy with the quality of service. My daughter just got a new phone.

    My Panasonic 50-inch Plasma had the and quot;blink of death.and quot; Took it to Rulli's and he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within one day. Great service. The shop is a hole-in-wall near the old Hummer factory, but the service was fast and affordable.

    I am a small  business owner living in California.I control 3 properties in South Bend In.At first Jon was prompt, caring, and concerned...He did inherit a mess in as far as I had just fired the manager I had for his inability to be a property manager.Jon kind of had to start from scratch because the previous manager was hesitant and took his time turning over the files on the 3 properties. Jon assured me he could handle lease option agreements as well as any other property management issues.He got my Sec.8 payments squared away on one property, but that was a simple thing to do.However, after that, his abilities diminished.He said he was able to obtain lease copies from the tenants of the properties. He never considered the Lease option that one of the properties had,he even failed to report the first payment $1700.00 he collected from the the tenants in Feb '14.When I asked Jon about the lease agreement,he was always evasive. The tenants in that property became scared that they were going to lose their lease agreement,and they had spent quite a lot of money fixing and maintaining the property.They had no trust in Jon. Jon had never discussed their lease with them! They continued to pay their lease ,and after much hounding, Jon finally reported a lease payment of $2300.00 from the tenants. in March'14,making them current in all their pmnts. But he never reported the $1700.00, leaving me to believe the tenants were in arrears!I was ready to have them evicted! It is a long story how I discovered what Jon had done,the tenants showed me copies of the receipts with Jon's initials at the bottom,so when I called him on it,he said that I told him to put it in an escrow account! He is a complete liar!...even if I had said that,he never told me he collected it!!! All the while this is happening,the 3rd property became a huge issue.It too was a lease option,and the tenants were pouring a lot of money into the property,but not paying any rent!.To make a long story short,Jon tried to evict them,but the court told him he to place a $2000.00 bond  before the process would continue.He tried to explain to me that he didn't understand why that would be? It is another long story how I found out why, but the long and short of it is,that Jon Freeman is banned from conducting real estate transactions in South Bend In.,I believe it covers the whole state of Indiana...One can google him and see the court order right on line...I believe he claims to have all the licenses and credentials to be a property manager, but none of his business's that he uses are registered with the secretary of state of Indiana.Jon refuses to have contact with me text, email or other wise!.Not something he could do if I was located near by! So he's not afraid to lie, or deceive investors who live out of state!So far he is holding $2600.00 of my rental payments,and now I am trying to figure out how to recover my money!

    Valet parking was free and the folks doing it were kind and not simply "have a good day" but "how is your loved one doing"
    Registration was simple: we walked in and they told us where to go, offered transportation and directions.
    The nurses and aids were competent but friendly and kind, looking after the patient and the family.
    The surgeon was competent, did exactly what we were told would happen and his nurse came out every hour to tell us how it was going.
    After-care was competent but continued to help the family know what was happening.
    Therapy was consistent and helped the patient to progress.
    I never saw anything that was not kind and competent: Hurray for American medicine!
