    Had an excellent experience with Marc & his team. Both Patrick & Anthony are very trustworthy, reliable, & patient. There were some unforeseen issues that the guys found & in no time at all they were able to come up with a plan & keep the work affordable. After the work was completed there were some nail pops to be fixed. Alex then came out & fixed them in a matter of no time. Also Kelsee is great at getting a schedule worked out & trying to keep things on track.

    It didn't go at all. I have requested a refund. First the company is unresponsive to email requesting schedules. A scheduled appointment to do the work was missed. Granted, it was raining that day, but I expected a reschedule phone call which did not come. A phone call from me to reschedule ended badly when they were untruthful about their contact attempts. I am done with them. F.

    Jason and his helper arrived when he said they would, finished when he said they would, and was competitively priced.  Their painting work was very thorough and looked very good upon completion.  He allowed me to provide the paint so that I could be assured of the paint brand and that no mark up was passed on.  He communicated anytime the schedule had to change due to weather or other jobs.  I will use J Premier again anytime I need exterior painting or power washing.

    Very honest and trustworthy. Always checks when in doubt about any work or service but for the most part has excellent judgment and  I do not need to supervise him personally ever!  Has done some other small jobs for us as well as the yard, a fence repair is one example of that.  I would highly recommend his work!  I don't have a clue what I'd do without his reliability and excellent work ethic. Very easy to work with from a billing/payment perspective, it's all just perfect for our situation.   It's a huge job and he makes it so easy to handle from my perspective.

    Re-roof supposed to have all new material according to proposal but ceiling/framing less than 50% new material. So it was patched up with new but old wood remains in ceiling, framing showing old pre-existing water damage with possible hazardous mold/mildew.  Drain was installed incorrectly & incompletely. Shortly after completion, with first rainfall, entire garage flooded, leaving new water damage inside & outside, especially around a new door. During the months of rain and flooding of this summer, garage stayed flooded. Now there is mold on new stone. I informed contractor end of June about the flooding but there was no response. Exterior stone should have had flashing installed. There were big holes between the exterior stone masonry and interior, big enough for animals to get thru! . Windows installed had no caulking--there were obvious large gaps w/ rain & bugs coming in. Had to hire 2nd company to redo. Now have to clean up from new water damage. Border around interior fireplace was ripped out, then just left open so now ugly old insulation hangs out of entire sides of fireplace. Contractor was rude at conclusion, for example, saying I could get a landscaper to clean up big mounds of dirt left in front of garage at site.

    I could have had a brand new garage for what I paid. Now I have to hire to re-do much of the work.

    The two man team arrived a little behind schedule approximately 45 mins. They immediately started the prepping for the drive, then sealed the cracks and covered entire drive with a good protectant, then blocked entrance with stakes and yellow colored ribbon. All in all they did exactly what they said they would do. Both men were professional and articulate. This is a sure excellent value for an excellent company and team. Every phone call I made to the office was responded to promptly and professionally. All tools and equipment were adequate and affective. Process of work was efficiently performed and completed, all areas left clean around work site. Great job!

    Much of our chimney had to be replaced because of spalling, and even though Rhino Shield had nothing to do with the brick problem, they honored their warranty and came to put on the primer and Rhino coating so the house looks good again. We are very pleased that the chimney is both repaired and now newly coated to match the rest of the house, and we were pleasantly surprised that they included this work as part of their 25 year warranty.

    Ralph responded very quickly to our email request, came to inspect, and gave his price after describing the work. The men arrived just 3 days later and began work after putting up scaffolding and protecting the roof with carpeting. The only 'blip' in the process was at the end of day 1, when the work materials and equipment created a mess in the yard; I emailed about 8:30 at night, and within 20 minutes, Ralph arrived to clean it all up! He worked past dark to make things right, taking responsibility for the younger men who had left it that way. We were very thankful and very impressed.
    Then we had rain, rain, rain, but luckily they had protected the work with a huge tarp. The weather finally cleared, and they arrived ready to continue, working all day yesterday and all this morning to complete the work.
    They cleaned everything up, including washing down the driveway and all areas where the brick and cement dust had blown. 
    The chimney looks great, better than it ever did before, and now with the new properly-designed top, we will not lose bricks to spalling.
    RhinoShield, another Angie's List find, has promised to come in about 2 weeks to coat the new bricks, free of charge (!) as they coated the entire house 5 years ago. That's also good news.
    I have photos if I can find where to put them in the report!

    After purchasing the Big Deal from Masonry Outfitters on August 27th, I received an email from them on August 29th which read, quote: Thank you for purchasing our BIg Deal! Please provide me with the best way to contact you weather that be by phone or email so I can set up a time for us to come out and take a look at the work you are wanting done. Thanks! Shelby Dickenson 317-500-1250 I responded the same day, August 29th: I will telephone you next Thursday or Friday to set up an appointment. Thank you, Pequita Pryor On Friday morning, September 6th, I telephoned them and got an answering machine. I left a phone message and then I sent them an email, which read: Could you please telephone me as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. I have been gone on vacation and just got back to learn that my contractor wants to come to tomorrow to replace my porch floor. I would like to get the masonry work done at the same time if possible. Thank you, [Member name removed] [Member information removed] Yesterday, September 9th, I sent them another email which read: This is my first purchase through Angie's List; I hope it was not a mistake. I don't understand why I have not received a reply from my phone message or from either of the two emails I have sent. Could you please reply to my request? [Member name removed] It was at that time that I decided to email Angie's List. A short time later, I received this message from Masonry Outfitters, which read: I am very sorry you have not received a phone call from us. We will be contacting you first thing tuesday morning to schedule and appointment. Thanks! Shelby Dickenson 317-500-1250 office@masonryoutfitters.com This morning, September 10th, I emailed Masonry Outfitters this message: Sorry it is 9:05 Tuesday morning and I have been waiting for your phone call.I can't sit at home waiting for a phone call from you; I have to go to work. I would like to get a refund please. Sincerely, [Member name removed] I just got home a few minutes ago, and there was a call on my caller ID from a Kourtney Zahn (317-500-1250)that came in at 11:12 am. There was a message that said it was Shelby from Masonry Outfitters calling to say that if I still wanted to schedule an appointment to give her a call back. I feel so uncomfortable with this Masonry Outfitters that I do not want to schedule anything with them; they seem like a very unprofessional rinky d*** outfit to me and there is no way that I want them messing with my home's foundation. All I would like is a refund and to find someone reliable (with lots of good references) to do the work for me. Sincerely, [Member name removed]
