    He was polite and curtious when arriving.  Tech arrived within the two hour time window as promised in addition to calling 30 minutes ahead of time.  He quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my washing machine and determined that I had a cracked drain hose.
    The only issue I had was he quoted me a price of $230 to replace a cracked drain hose.  I ordered the part itself offline for $14 and even with next day shipping I still saved myself $190.  I just couldn't fathom that much for a drain hose replacement.

    This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a retail company. Our builder refused to even work with them - he demanded we interface with them - that he had had enough and would never ever speak with them professionally. We should have taken that as a sign - but we wanted very spedific appliances installed and they were the only place we could get them from.
    We ordered (and paid for) a Viking range in early December - it is now April 10th - with no answers - many MANY missed appointments - and still no answers. Viking is of no help - they won't even answer any questions - we can't get our money back because it is "non-refundable".
    They forgot one set of washers and dryers on install.
    The custom install of our expensive fully integrated refrigerator - parts left uninstalled - doors bang into the cabnitery etc. - installers argued that it was correct when we all knew it was not.
    Our range hood is still uninstalled - the extension is missing - we have not been able to
    show off our new home for months because of Clark's Appliance - no help whatsoever.
    Didn't install the dishwasher - just walked around it - He said - she said.
    Prices are literally list price - and that is the builder pricing.

    I am just so frustrated at this point I could scream. Wife wants to call the bank and refuse payment. I can't believe they can get away with this kind of service.

    They were phenomenal! Their service is a throw-back to another era. They are committed, and they really care. Their prices are very fair. We are under $150 for 3 trips and at least 6 hours of service.

    It begins with Kathy at the office who takes the phone calls. Her follow-up is tremendous, and she gets personally involved. Good company!
    Tony, the repairman, had to come 3 times. He was very patient. It was a very hard-to-identify problem. Using the wrong detergent contibuted to the problem.

    Tony contacted me prior to coming out the next day to get more information. From that conversation, he was able to reduce what he should bring to the service call. Turned out he was right. Was able to get our refrigerator up and running. Very pleasant person to talk to. Would hire them in the future.
