BHoosier HoardingMy husband and I both give Brad Martin, who came in from out of town to coordinate the clean-up, an A plus. Brad was pleasant, hard working, determined, and decisive. Unexpected problems developed and he handled them with professionalism. He efficiently and effectively managed a crew of four workers. Because it is a large house with a full basement, a garage, and a large shed, it ended up taking four dumpsters to remove all the trash. We were a little hesitant to hire the company as we couldn't find a lot of information on them. I believe they started in Wisconsin and have added "branches" in other states including Indiana. The Indiana "branch" is Hoosier Hoarding. I think the one in Iowa might be "Prairie Hoarding." I can't find any physical address for the company as a whole, but the Secretary of State for Indiana lists a Fort Wayne address for their contact, so based on that we went ahead. One issue we had was that after filling up a dumpster it was hard to get another one delivered in a timely fashion because it seems the local dumpster providers in NW Indiana are busy and short staffed this time of year. But since the house also needed much cleaning and sanitizing that work was done while waiting for the next dumpster. Also we had them remove all the carpet in the house. I had trouble finding what we needed on the Internet until I searched under "Biohazard." We paid a down payment but they just finished today and they haven't told us yet what we still owe. It partly depends on the number of dumpsters that were required. Soooo glad this is finished !- Trish V.

ASteri-Clean Indiana, Inc.Everything was handled with professionalism. They worked hard and went through things just didn't toss everything per my request. They are the best!! They did this in 14 hrs and would have taken me 6 months or more! They did forget to do my blinds but that was a small thing compared to everything else they did! So glad I found them. They were expensive to me but for what they had to do, it was worth every penny!!! I would assume anyone else would be that expensive or more! Didn't check anyone else. Just read their info on line and felt the trust of them and when I called felt the same way even more sure I got the right company! Don't pass these guys up. They are fantastic!- Diane H.

ARogers RoofingRemoved upper and lower level gutters, downspouts and aluminum facia. Inspected all facia boards. Installed new upper and lower level aluminum facia. Installed new upper and lower level seamless gutters. Relocated upper and lower level downspouts to opposite side of the house per my request. Rogers Roofing did a great job. The new gutters and downspouts look great. They cleaned up all old materials and left the job site neat and clean. Great job all around. Not the cheapest estimate we had, but worth the price. My only negative is that we would have liked to have had better communication with them as to when the work would be performed. Appproximately one month passed from the time of agreement to go ahead and the actual day the work was done with no contact until the day before. We plan to use Rogers Roofing again fo our garage soffit, facia and gutters.- Jay S.

AEverything about this remodel was perfect. My BRH was Dan Carillo. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. The workers are paid by the hour but Dan worked every minute he was at my home. AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.
