ARaul RiveraRaul Rivera did an excellent job on the installation! After searching for two months for someone to do the work, Raul was available with no problem and was very cost friendly! He arrived on time everyday at the time stated and worked non stop while here. The project actually would have taken two days to complete, but some extra parts had to be ordered to finish. AEIM Power Light CommunicationsI renovated my basement and hired EIM to do the electrical work. Eddie of EIM is by far the most knowledgeable and professional contractor I have ever met and also an all around nice, friendly guy. Eddie went absolutely above and beyond my expectations. He is extremely technically competent, which through friendly discussion, I learned was from his life-long experience as a trained electrician and multiple areas of the electrical industry Eddie has worked in. His attention to detail is outstanding. Everything Eddie did was perfect, and I do not say this lightly. All outlets, switches, dimmers, can light fixtures, etc. are perfectly square and aligned. I mean down to the very screws on wall plates...perfect. Everything was lined up. Even stuff eventually covered by drywall was perfect, like electrical boxes, conduit runs/bends, etc. It was like a work of art. I am detail oriented myself and was thrilled to see Eddie both do the work and see the excellent results. Eddie also went out of his wat to fix various things he identified as incorrect or not previously done right by the previous owner, simply because it was the right thing to do. He is also prompt, shows up on time, and has excellent communication skills. On a slightly separate note, Eddie has an incredible way of visualizing the project and sharing his ideas. I incorporated several of Eddie's ideas into my basement floorplan, which turned out great. On top of all of this, EIM's quote was very fair, especially when compared to other quotes, and, now seeing the type of quality work EIM provides. I absolutely recommend EIM to do the work and would use EIM again in a heartbeat. Hire EIM, you will not be disappointed. (apologies for the pics, I am no photographer).- william h.

He checked, double checked, and triple check his work before leaving. The environment was left as it was before he started. Price was probably about average for a general electrician.
