    I went there for the first time because I had a coupon for an oil change. Their customer service is excellent and they were very thorough, providing a detailed assessment of the vehicle inspection. You do have to make an appointment with them and I thought an hour and a half was a little excessive for an oil change but they will drive you back home or wherever you want to go and pick you up when your car is done. I certainly will consider them for any future automotive service I need.

    Kia of Bradley is consistently great in their customer service as well as in the quality of work they do.
    So many service departments have tried to take advantage of me,  thinking I don't know much about cars because I am a woman, or they patronize me.
    Not Kia of Bradley. The key difference between those shops and Kia of Bradley is Darrin Alderson, their Sales Manager.  Darrin has been taking care of my cars for almost twenty years. I followed him from a dealer that is actually much closer to my home, but I don't get the care and consideration that I know I will get from Darrin and his team.
    They are straight forward with me whenever I take my car in and this time was no exception. They treated me with courtesy, explained what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it. They let me know when I can wait on repairs and when it's important to fix something right away. 
    I am always telling my friends and family members and even strangers about the service at Kia of Bradley - I figured it was time I told Angie's List.

    When I bought my new 2014 Ford Escape one of salespersons who finalized deal (E. J .Viking) fooled me into Ford Premium Maintenance Plan for $1262.60 (5years/60k - 7,500 miles interval - 6 visits) promising best deal and discounts. Same day later I was very upset when checked prices online. I can get same plan at another dealership for $815.00 and for 8 visits not for 6. Next day I canceled Plan and despite promised full refund they stripped $75 processing fee and $82.60 sales tax ($157.60) blaming Ford ESP program and Indiana State for this. Manager was not helpful too. He was ready to fight for 5 cents, and told me that he does not care if I'll post negative review (just as some dealerships can offer you full tank of gasoline for good one). So, instead to thanks me for buying new car and put in trade my 2009 Focus for the least price, they gave me hard time for miserable amount money. Right now I start to think I really overpaid for their service on when I had normal wear front brakes pads changed in Focus for $289.59. It looks this guys mostly interested to open your valet by any means, but not for customers satisfaction. In view all of this l decided to quit their service and would not recommend Art Hill Ford dealership in Merrillville to anybody.

    I dropped my Chevy Venture off at 7:15 am on a Monday morning. By 9:30 they had called me with several options. By noon they had called to say the work was finished and the vehicle could be picked up. I've used Leeps on many occasions and have always been please with the quality and price of their work.

    While driving on I65, a stone kicked up and cracked our windshield. The folks at P and M were able to order the new glass and replace it the next day! We've used them before and will continue to go there for any other auto glass needs that come up. The staff is always helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about their business. They even replaced the wipers for free!

    Grimmer's Service Inc
    I had dropped my car off the night before and left the key in the drop box. They open at 8:00a.m. so I called at 8:15 tomake sure they got my key and note with the complaint that my steering wheel was vibrating badly when I appled the brakes. They had alredy take the tires off th checkfor the problem and were getting ready to all me with an estimate. The amount was ony $301.00 including parts and labor. Very reasonable I think. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Very honest. I had forgotten my IPad on the counter and before I even got home and missed it, they were calling me to let me know I had forgotten it there. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know that needs any kind of car repair.

    Everything went well from start to finish. I'm only speaking of our most current job, as we've used Adam's Automotive for years. I have nothing negative to report. All auto repair shops should be as reputable and honest as Adam's.

    The service was great! I went in for an estimate and the owner explained what would happen and what the price would be. The installation took place the next day. All of the decals from the old windshield were removed and put on the new windshield. I was handed instructions to follow the next 48 hours regarding care of the windshield. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate in using them again.

    The initial inspection of the problem was accurate. The radiator water leak was hard to locate because it was spraying over such a large area. Leeps found the problem, recommended that at the age of the Chevy Venture Van (130,000 miles) all the hoses and the water pump should be changed out. I felt that it was a good reminder on their part. They finished the job promptly and it has worked well since.

    Had my girlfriend drop off the car for the repair as I was working on the day we setup (five days after initial call). She told the guy at the desk that there was a problem with the windshield washer and the pump I discussed was in the back seat. The technician took the car, replaced the pump and returned the keys and stated the pump was replaced but the washer wasn't working still, only pushing small amount of fluid out on the driver side (Exactly the problem I described on my initial call). Very confused, my girlfriend paid the bill and left. She called me to let me know what happened and I called the shop to ask what happened. Guy on the phone was very abrupt and said he replaced the pump like I asked. I inquired as to any type of diagnostic check done before replacing the pump and he said we just did what you told me to do. Seeing as a diagnosis of a windshield washer pump would require a 2 second push of the button on the steering column while driving the car into the garage, I was very confused as to why this wasn't done. No apology, no reasonable explanation, and after I decided to check out the squirter hoses under the hood and found that the mechanic had not only pulled off the hose, but crushed the attachment into the valves on the hood, I ended up finding the right part and fixing it myself. I got an earful from the guy on the phone about how many customers he has and I should be reasonable about what was done, I let him know that I found him on Angie's list and was going to write a bad review. Be careful about this guy, he's very busy, and obviously cutting corners. Make sure to ask about a diagnosis before a repair, I'd be afraid if I thought my rear brakes were bad, he'd replace them on my word and not check to see what was really the issue. Never will return. Will do my best to recommend against this place to anyone I know.
