AKnox Septic Sewer ServiceWe bought our home a year ago and were told the tank had been pumped the year before that. Being new to septic tanks, we thought we should be safe a pump a little early. I called on Tuesday and they scheduled for Wednesday. They arrived early after calling to tell me they were on their way. They pumped the tank and were leaving in 30 minutes or so. The gentlemen who serviced the tank were extremely polite and answered all the questions that I had about the tank. I wouldn't think twice before calling them again.- Elizabeth G.

AAAA GODFREY'S & SON SEPTICTook the time to wash down the septic tank after pumping it out. After the septic quickly filled up again, he came back out and found a blocked pipe between the tank and the D-box. He hand dug down to the D-box which saved me a lot of money. Other people just assumed a failed septic system and talked about what it would take to replace the system.- Brett M.

ARAY'S SEPTIC TANK SVCAn excellent experience. Ray's had been recommended by a friend and we asked him to service our system, which had not been serviced in many years. Prior to the visit, we had called Ray to inquire as to cost, how the process worked and to set up an appointment. Ray was very generous with his time, both on the phone and onsite. On the phone, in response to my questions, he spent some time discussing the "care and feeding" of a septic system (do's and don'ts) and onsite he took the time to help us diagnose a leaking toilet (we could see water draining into the tank when no draining water had been expected). AAAA GODFREY'S & SON SEPTICI spoke with the owner's wife to get a quote, and it was the exact sum as our bill. She called me to let me know that they were on their way. When they arrived, they had remembered being here years ago. They cleaned the tank and filled in the dirt at no extra charge. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and quick response. FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.
