    The cost is reasonable. The vet was very professional. They are in a convenient location. My parents used them with my dog growing up so I have always known them to be a good and responsible vet, so I've never looked to go anywhere else. They are small and private, they are very familiar and remember you. They treat you like an important client.

    They're all great. The staff is always friendly. They're great at explaining things and making sure we do what's best for my new kitten. The front office always seems busy and it usually takes a while to get checked in or out, but they're great!

    Our pets have been patients of Dr.JoAnne Allrich's for many years. However, we are new to Pittsboro Veterinary Clinic and followed Dr. Allrich there. Although it is a bit of a drive from where we live in Plainfield, we have made them our new veterinary clinic. From the first phone call to make an appointment to check out after our cat's exam, it has been a positive experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and explained what shots/treatments might be necessary for our cat. We received a reminder phone call for the appointment and when we had to make a rather lengthy detour due to road closures, they were very accommodating of our late arrival. The office was very clean without any offending bleach or disinfectant smell. The technician and Dr. Allrich explained the purpose of each shot, and how to introduce our new cat to our current cat and dog. We are very happy with the service provided and the costs are reasonable. Although we chose Pittsboro Veterinary Clinic due to Dr. Allrich moving there, we are satisfied with the clinic as well.

    Overall everyone here is very friendly. If we've ever had any issues we've been able to call and get it taken care of right away. On this particular visit, they asked if I wanted to be with her when she got the shots, or if they should take her in back. Since I can't stand shots I asked them to take her in back. They are very helpful an accommodating... when they are familiar with the subject. There have been things we've asked about where I've not been happy with the answers, and there have been things overlooked that I felt were fairly major.
    As I said, though, if that ever happens, I generally just call in and speak with a different vet and things get taken care of.
    Their monthly program isn't too expensive if you just have 1 or 2 pets, but with 6, it's slightly outrageous. This has nothing to do with this particular branch, however, it is something they push, and I've thought of looking at other vets just to see how they compare in pricing overall.

    It's just unbelievable service and I can't say enough about them. The people were caring from the doctors all the way to the receptionist. They took good care of our animals. You can visit any time you want. Dr. Edwards the best and her technicians were good. They were very caring and helpful and helped us understand what the issues were. Couple of times they didn't even charged us for the service.

    Excellent. I have complete trust in Dr. Kiefer to advise me on the best care for my very important pets. He is knowledgeable and caring, and runs a very busy, professional practice. Dr. Kiefer is among the best. I moved away from the area several years ago but still drive about 45 minutes each way because I know my pets will receive exceptional care. After more than 20 years of service and many important pets, I can highly recommend Dr. Kiefer, his practice, and staff.

    My experience overall has gone very well. I was pleased with the outcome of the grooming. The pricing is reasonable. They take great care of my vet while visiting. I would highly recommend this groomer to others.

    I like him a lot. He is just really nice.  You tell them what you want and they will tell you how much it is. They don’t push things that your pet doesn't need.  They have a reasonable price. Their place is spotless.

    My dog accidentally got into human medicine today. I needed help getting the situation under control. I spoke to Erica. After she helped me with the situation, she then took my information and found I had called the wrong cet clinic in my haste to find a number. (My regular vet has a similar name and is on the same street). She gave me the number to my regular vet. She was the one with a clear head in the situation and I know that helped my dog have a good outcome.

    Later in the day, she called back to check on my dog, even though he isn't one of their patients. She was truly concerned for my dog and wanted to know that he was OK. She ended the call asking me to give my dog a hug for her.

    What a great place! I've had good experiences before with the vet clinics I have used, but this one is tops in my books. They cared enough about my dog, even though he wasn't their patient, to follow-up and make sure everything is OK. If I find a need to change vets or know of someone who needs a vet, I will refer them to here.

    We moved to the Avon area 18 months ago and found Avon Vet Clinic through a family member.  We've taken our puppy there several times for services and always have been pleased with our visits.

    Today was a little different in that we had an emergency situation with the dog.  He had gotten some human medicine and we needed help immediately fixing the situation.  The techs were very helpful to us over the phone, giving us instructions on how to handle the situation.  They offered to have him come to the clinic so he could be watched and monitored for the day.  I chose to stay home and watch him myself.  They gave me clear and specific instructions on what to watch for, etc.  They also told me to bring him if he produced even the smallest symptom.

    The dog is OK, thank goodness, but would not have been had it not been for the help we received this morning.  We really appreciate their swift action today.
