    This was a good service with a fast and competent work. The Indy Mower Repair technician came to our home with the work trailer, took our mower into the trailer and provided the service we wanted without any mess or inconvenience to us. Had a bit of confusion with scheduling but we were very happy not to have to take our mower somewhere to be worked on. Very professional.

    Drove from Avon to take my 40 year old singer for them to repair. The gentleman that looked at it had it working perfect in 2 minutes. He showed me what I was doing wrong and cleaned out threads in bottom of machine. Would not charge me anything and carried to my car. If I ever need any more repairs I would drive 100 miles to take it to them. A 1 service

    Chad and Angelina at NVS Design are very professional, and delivered great results. They met a tight deadline in the beginning of our work together, getting a large amount of marketing material ready for an expo. They were also open to tweaks and input we had, and make sure you get the end product you want. Would definitely do business with again.

    I left a voice mail with Mow Better and received a call back within 30 minutes.  I explained what machines I had and what I thought needed done.  Andrea gave me a date and time and an approximate cost.  She offered  a 2 hour window and I asked if Mr. Arvin could call when he was en route to my home.  He called and said he would arrive within 40 minutes and was spot on.   He performed the necessary service in the drive way.   He explained what he did, and gave me a bill which was very close to the original estimate.  It was actually less than what was stated.   This is the best service for anyone with mowers or snow blowers to keep them in tip top shape. No hauling them to a shop and leaving them overnight or longer.   Mr. Arvin also explained that he would offer a discount if I  called again in November to have the mower blades sharpened after mowing season is over.   You can't beat having this type of service done at your home.   Thanks to Mow Better!

    Mr. Crawford?s ?A? ranking for quality, courteous service is certainly justified.   This was a very small job, but he agreed to do it without reservation.  The job was done quickly and professionally, and in the process Mr. Crawford and his assistant, Troy, were both very gracious and friendly individuals.  I would highly recommend Mr. Crawford to anyone needing some form of welding done.

    What a great place to have your camera worked on.  Little tricky to find them but well worth the effort.  Bob cleaned and checked out the camera operation and said he couldn't find anything wrong to charge me for.  When was the last time you had anybody inspect something you needed checked out with that perfect service attitude.  Wonderful staff, great place.

    I went to the store because I had cracked my screen and had been told over the phone that I needed to have a sprint store fill a warranty claim.  I live about 25 minutes from this store, so I was a bit disappointed when I first arrived and was told that they werent' able to help me.  They said I had to call in to the warranty company to get my phone replaced, which didn't make me very happy as I needed a new phone fairly quickly.
     I asked to speak to someone anyway, to see if there was a way to get me in a different phone as I had my eye on one in particular.  After talking to a very nice, helpful gentleman he informed me that I could not only save $30 a month, but I could get the new phone I wanted as well as a free tablet!  He was very kind and patient, dealing with my constantly changing mind (did I want the black phone, or the white one, and did I want this case or that one?)  
    At the end of the day, I ended up getting everything I wanted, and more!  My only complaint would be that he didn't try to talk me into getting a better device of the same price as one thing I got.  (I wanted the Samsung Gear Fit watch, not realizing that the Gear 2 Neo was the exact same price with quite a bit more bells and whistles.)  I will be going back tomorrow to switch it out, though!

    Our 10 year old Mitsubishi rear projection big screen TV decided to stop turning on when the power button was pushed.  I called Rick at ITR, and scheduled an in-home visit the next evening. It took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, and another 30 minutes to replace the faulty part, which he had brought with him.  This is the second time that we have used ITR to repair this TV, saving us thousands of dollars and with no hassle whatsoever.

    The experience was a nightmare. I called 7 times over a 4 week period and had to keep setting up a ticket to get my new address added. Each time, they said they put the request through and it would take 3-5 business days and then I would get a call back. I never ended up getting a call back so I called them. Each time it was the same scenario. The person before did not put the request through or the request was closed with "no resolution." The mover's edge team is a 3rd party vendor that Comcast hired and they are extremely rude. In the end, I cancelled my service and ordered DirecTV. I am still working on internet service, but it is a small price to pay to not have to deal with Xfinity again.
