I thought the service was fine. I thought the cost was a little high and they really didn't explain the cost. That would have been nice to know. I don't know if I would have gone as much if I had known.

Beginning Steps is fantastic.  I started my child there when she was just 12 weeks old.  She started out in the infant room and is now in the toddler room.  In the infant room, I always felt very comfortable because they have such a good ratio of teachers to infants.  While my child was there, I think they had 8 infants to 3 teachers.  They also have a director and assistant director that can assist in any of the rooms as needed.  The teachers are always so nice, and I feel perfectly comfortable that they are taking great care of my child.

Breakfast, AM snack, lunch, and PM snack are provided, and once on whole milk that is provided as well.  They provide a calendar each week for you to mark out anything they cannot have and return.  We bring diapers, but wipes are provided as well.

In the toddler room, the kids go outside daily, weather permitting, and Beginning Steps applies sunscreen always.  The playground is very well kept up as well.  We've had a better experience so far in the toddler room, but it's because my child is walking now and probably loves the freedom to play and run around.

Cost in the nursery was $177.00 per week, and the toddler room is the same.  I would recommend Beginning Steps for any child care you need!

They have a bunch of doctors in our area and they are pretty good. They’ve been really good for us. We’ve been using them for probably 10 years now. I was unhappy with my previous healthcare provider and a doctor that works with their group was recommended and so I went there and it happens to be really close to my house so that helped.

I have been seeing her for about 5 years. She is a great listener and offers great advice. She really cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable in her field. She makes good recommendation based on her medical experience. She has a very friendly staff. She has 2 offices and scheduling is relatively easy.

She gives us her time, and she is willing to discuss things with you. She lets you explain things to her, and then she gives some real world response. She is not the see the doctor for 15 seconds. There have been times, when my wife has been under the weather, and we call, and she responds very quickly and takes care of business. She is very prompt at getting back. The office environment is very nice. Normally we have an appointment, and she is always 10 to 15 minutes of it, and mostly she is on time. The staff is very friendly. She is a very friendly young lady. We are on Medicare, and I also have a very good medical supplement, we give it to them, and they take care of it.

Took a tour of the facility and spoke with all the staff involved in the care/education my daughter would be receiving at the facility. It is not the newest of buildings but it is a level 4 path to pride school and the welcoming and friendly, caring attitudes of the staff more than make up for this. They have outdoor playgroun? and the classrooms are divided by dividers rather than walls which I like. There are bright colors and student artwork everywhere. We wanted a school/classroom setting that would enrich our daughter's mind rather than a daycare "hey we will just watch your kid for you " type thing since I am a stay home mom anyway. She is a very active only çhild and needs more stimulation and to be around other kids. They let her come one day for free to see if it was going to be a good match. It is all women working there which is good because my daughter will not go around men other than daddy. They have half day and full day full - and part -time rates which I love, an? you do not have to commit to the same days every week or even the same number of days every week. This was a big bonus. Most places make you commit so if you had something going on that week you would be paying for a day you don't go, but at La Petite you can alternate days and the number of days if you want. All the staff has training in child ed and CPR. She has been there 2 weeks now 3 days /week and has not cried once. She loves it and the air of frustration she had is gone. A whole different child. She has learned how to play and seems alot more content and relaxed at home. We love this place and hope to stay all the way through kindergarten. The price I gave is approximate per day for half day (less than 5 hours) . Meals included.

I met Kathy through a couple networking organizations (Rainmakers and Trade bank) and while we were both exhibiting at the Indy Health Expo in January 2010, she fit me for my orthotics. They were ready within a short time (a week to 10 days) and as stated above, I am very happy with everything that Kathy and the WalkEZStore.com provided.

Our experience with Dr. Waits and Hendricks Orthopedics and Sports Medicine was wonderful.  Dr. Waits looked at the x-ray, talked to us and decided that my son needed surgery.  He was able to perform the surgery that same evening.  Since my son had a bad experience in the ER at IU West, we were all a little nervous, but after talking to Dr. Waits, I knew we were in the right place.  The surgery went great.  Since my son's arm needed to be casted, we followed up with Dr. Waits for several weeks.  He and his staff are wonderful.  I highly recommend Dr. Waits.

I have been under the care of Dr. Neville for three months for a Jones fracture. I have been thrilled with the care I have received. Dr. Neville has been very easy to understand and thorough. The only glitch I had was with the initial billing, but they were able to clear that up. I would highly recommend this practice.

My surgery was planned for later in February. Thankfully they did have a cancellation and Dr. Michael Kramer replaced my hip on January 22, 2013. He was there every morning to explain anything and to check on me. After hospital stay he recommended at least 4 weeks of therapy (3 times a week) starting a week later. I did go for one extra week and was able to walk without a walker or cane at that time. I have been back to his office for checkups twice since then.
He is very personable, explains everything well, and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.
