    Horrible... First they said the quality of the battery was poor so they replaced, (and I paid). Beyond that they did a complete electrical analysis and found a issue with a couple of wires, (said it did fine) - so I paid and picked up. The next day - the battery was dead again. ((Ironically - when they went to get the car when I picked it up - it took a long time and they weren't that busy but I gave them the benefit of the doubt)). I took it back to them 2 more times - each time it was a different issue - supposedly completely unrelated to the first review. I repeatedly asked why this wasn't found when they did the complete electrical analysis - they made lots of excuses for that. $1600 later they said the car needed a new control panel and that would be $800. At this point - I took it to a private individual that I knew to take a look and give me another opinion. Within 45 min - he found 2 wires that were all but "fried" - replaced the wiring and there has been no issues whatsoever since. Why could a completely experienced FORD car dealership not pick up on that when doing a complete electrical analysis and having the car in their possession for over 2 weeks? Their representative in the service department was also very matter of fact - made every excuse in the world and would not call to advise even when they ran days late versus their committed repair finish date. I had to phone and chase them repeatedly. His response was he didn't have good news so he wasn't going to call unless he did - "no one wants to be called without the vehicle being finished". The service from the customer service person and the service department itself was horrible and I will not buy anything or have any service done at this dealership again. I did call the service manager by the way and go no where!

    My husband nor I have ever been in an accident before but my husband was on his way to work and someone hit him going through a roundabout in Plainfield. We called them that day and they were able to see us right away for an estimate. 
    They were able to walk us through the process of going through their insurance vs ours to ensure we didn't have to pay a deductible. They arranged our rental car for us and you can check the progress of your vehicle on their website. They were always available by phone or email to answer any and all questions either myself or my husband had and not once did we feel like we were bothering them.
    They are the most genuine group of people we've had the pleasure of working with and if we were to ever need any work done again (knock on wood that we don't!), we will return to Diamond in an instant.

    Hubler called and emailed us regularly.  We are very pleased with the repairs and the way the employees handled everything.  We would definitely use them again but, hopefully, won't have to.

    I hired them because my insurance provider recommended them with a guarantee. The initial appoint for repairs went fairly well. They did a great job on the body damage and paint blending. But the mechanical problems I have experienced after I picked up is a major concern. The car does not fell safe to drive. I would even put my kids in the car.  
    I still had the traction control light on and they said they could not figure out why. The asked me to take it my local BMW service department to have then figure it out. Then about two weeks later I had a driver cut me off so I had to make a hard left turn (nothing that a BMW could not handle) I have taken turns faster prior to the accident with no issues. I noticed a terrible vibration and the car wanted to pull my off the road. It felt like it was from the suspension, which was what they worked on. It felt like the car was going to fall apart. I contacted them right away and scheduled a time to take it back in. They told me to bring it in on a Thursday to look at it. I assumed they where going to look at it that day. I even told them I need the car back by Friday. When Friday got there no call from them so I contacted them and never got a call back. My car was left there over the weekend and on Monday I called and was told it had not been looked at yet. On Tuesday I went to pick it up and I was told they found nothing wrong with it. They advised me to get the tires balanced. I did that a few months before I took it to them. But I took it to get balanced and they did not need it. I contacted them again and they said they would call my adjuster to find out what to do. It has been over 2 weeks and no call back yet. I even tried to contact them after the 1st week. 
    I would say that after the initial service is completed by Butler there guarantee policy and customer service goes out the window. I am taking the car to the professionals at BMW and paying out of my pocket to have them determine what Butler could not figure out. I recommend that any BMW owner not to take their car to Butler. I also would recommend not paying them for the work they complete without a inspection. If you have issues after the fact it seems like they do not really care. Anyways that is my experience with Butler and I hope this helps others that are thinking about using them to think twice.

    No problems encountered.  Completed work took longer than initially estimated due to additional damage found while into repair.  Completely professional and a friendly group of people.  I would recommend them.

    When I arrived they did not keep me waiting very long until they did the estimate.  What left me very unimpressed was the lackluster  attitude of the employees I saw.  The men examining my truck were okay but others meandered in from the back and gave the area where I, the customer, was sitting a look of slothfulness and total disinterest.  The impression was not positive and even though this is one of the closer repair shops to my home, I felt I would not have them do the work.  My husband when he picked up the truck and jeep got a similar impression.  The receptionist told me to expect an email on Monday with the estimates.  When no one called by Friday, I called them.  She then looked up the estimate and sent an email.  I checked with her to make sure they had notified the insurance company and she assured me they had.
    Just to be sure, I checked this company on Angies List and while it is unfair to judge on only one review, that review was an F.  My overall impression this company, just in how they handled the estimate, is very negative.

    Another body shop said the work would take 2 and a half weeks, and
    Golden Chassis said 5 days. More work was required on the car than my
    insurance company originally quoted, including a new roof and partial
    paint job. Regardless, the work was done in 5 days and they took care of
    the insurance communication.
    When I picked the car up, they immediately showed me an area they
    were not happy with and asked to have the car one more day to make it
    perfect. They offered to pick the car up where I work and return it. I
    appreciate this perfectionism and the fact that they arranged this so I
    would not have to rent a car again. They also cleaned the inside somewhat.
    I am very happy with them and although I hope to never need a body shop, I will go there first!

    They were courteous and helpful and friendly like they always are. Over the years I've had them do 2 or 3 jobs and I was always very pleased at the quality of the work and their professionalism. I have hail damage on my car from a storm and I will probably use them for that but I haven't gotten the estimates yet. They do high quality work. They are very accurate on their timetables on when they are going to do something and when they are going to be finished. They are very professional all the way through. I have no complaints with them at all. They are good at what they do. I have complete trust in them. They are very competitive. It is a real top notch body shop. They do what they tell me they are going to do.

    They worked on our truck about a year ago, and I didn't hesitate to go to them again with my car. They are very honest, friendly and professional. They do what they say they are going to do. I was very pleased with their service.

    I had a meeting in the area and finished early.  I stopped by to make an appointment for them to work on my vehicle.  They were able to take me in that same day, did the work and checked all the important parts.  The price also included new windshield wipers.  I don't remember what time I arrived, but the waiting was not long and the work was complete. 

    My vehicle is a 2002 Dodge Caravan.  Tom at Mel's Service has been keeping it going for me for the pass three years.

    As a women, I don't feel I have been taken advantage of .  He as kept my vehicle running smoothly, charges me only for what has to be done.  Explains what he is doing and why in words that I understand.  

    I trust them completely in caring for my vehicle.  I have had tune-ups - hoses replaced - diagnostic test run  -all at a price I can afford.  

    I use to take my vehicle to the Dodge dealer for repairs until one day they were going to charge me over $3,000 for work that had to be done.  I took the list to Mel's Service to get a second opinion.  They were able to do the same work for a little over $1,000.
