    Could replace panel with start button which would cost around $500 or technician suggested a work around to save this expense. I decided on just using work around and saved the money. Dryer now works.

    Horribly. The guy they sent told me parts were not available and Choice Warranty would have to replace. FIVE calls later, I am no further along. I spent 20-30 minutes on hold for each call and that was after I spoke to a person. This is the absolute WORST service, worst communication and biggest sham I have ever experienced. NOT AT ALL HAPPY!!!!

    Technician Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and had the appropriate replacement part on hand. He was polite, friendly, and reasonably priced. He did excellent work. I had ice for my evening cocktail before sunset. :)

    It went fine. They've been out several times for different things and they've always done a good job. There was no worst part. They were on time and they handled something that I didn't know how to handle. They got it fixed. We have a warranty so they came out under a warranty.

    Our dryer heating element went out this morning while trying to dry a load of towels.  We looked on Angie's list for a service provider close to our home.  We called Gregory's Appliance Service around 11:00 a.m. and explained what had happened to our dryer.  The lady that took our call said she needed to make a call and would get back with us promptly.  She did exactly that and told us that a serviceman would be calling and coming out today.  The serviceman called within 30 minutes and said he was on his way.  The serviceman that came to our house was very professional and had a new dryer heating element with him for our make and model.  Once he changed it out, the dryer worked perfectly.  I also asked if he could look at our washer because our cloths were not spinning as dry as I thought they should.  He knew immediately what the issue was and cleaned out a filter in the bottom of our washer.  He even took the time to show my husband how he could do this in the future.  By around 1:00 p.m. everything was working great!  We could not have asked for better service and would recommend this company.  In fact we have already provided their name and phone number to a neighbor this evening.

    The burners were not igniting properly on my stove. I called and left a voice mail before their business hours and their message indicated they did not open until 9 a.m. Chris called me back within a few minutes and booked me for that same day. The technician called when he was on the way. He arrived right on time. 
    He checked the stove and advised me how much the approximate part/labor would be. As the stove is older, I decided to just wait it out and get a new one when it finally quits working. He put it all back together and since I am an AL member he gave me a discounted rate. 
    I had a really good experience with this company and would definitely use them again.

    Cleaned out the long dryer vent in my commercial building.  Had to change the day on the last second and they accommodated me without charging extra.  Did a thorough job from the outside vent to behind the dryer and replaced the longer pipe from behind the dryer with one shorter and more efficient.  I highly recommend them to anyone else

    When my husband called to schedule the initial appointment, he specifically asked if they were LG certified, and they assured him, twice, that they were.  On the first visit, the man said he couldn't find anything wrong, but did clean out the condenser, saying it was only "a little dirty", but he couldn't find anything else wrong.  Told us to wait 24 hours, then call again if it still wasn't working.  That visit was $95.  We called again when nothing had changed, and he came back.  Took another look and said he thought there was a leak in the evaporator, which was part of the sealed system.  He then asked to see my owner's manual, then informed me that he couldn't make the repair, but that we'd have to contact LG to find a certified repair person.  Hmmmm. . . that's why I thought we called them in the first place -- because they assured us they were LG certified.

    We then contacted a true LG certified repair person who came out the same day we called.  He had to make a visit to confirm the diagnosis, and now they have to order the part, which will take 3 - 4 business days.  We get that -- but now we're a week out because we trusted Turner's first.  If they are not LG certified and cannot repair LG appliances, they shouldn't say they are, and they should refund our $95.  I know they've gotten good reviews from other readers, but we won't use them again.  Didn't do what they said they could do.

    It took 2 trips to get this pump replaced.

    I took a picture of the dishwasher model and gave that to them on my initial call because I was pretty sure the pump was the problem, that that I'm an expert.  Unfortunately, when the repair man arrived, he arrived without a pump.

    On the return trip the pump was replaced in less than an hour.

    Vogel Appliance repair gets high marks for everything!  They contacted me immediately and scheduled an appointment in a very timely fashion.    Thankfully my dryer could be repaired for a very reasonable price and the part was available.  They were efficient, friendly and professional.   The repair guy (I apologize humbly for not remembering his name, he deserves recognition) explained the issue in an easy to understand manner and even put up with my large dog wanting to join him in my very small  laundry room.  I chose Vogels simply because their service call fee was amazingly reasonable.  I will chose them again and highly recommend them for their service.   I should also mention that I neglected to give my Angie's List coupon at payment and due to this error I was accidentally charged another service call fee.  That was promptly refunded.
