  • This was an excellent experience. Tom did a fantastic job incorporating our desires into a finished product. Coordination was excellent. Quality was outstanding. Pricing was a little higher than other quotes but it was much more detailed which eliminated misunderstandings and change orders plus you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend Frazee Building Company.

  • This was our first experience with building a custom home. We were so thankful to have David and White Oak Construction in charge of the project and handling all of the details for us. The project went beautifully. We had a vision, and he created the dream for us. David?s attention to detail was very much appreciated. He listened to our needs and helped us make logical decisions throughout the entire process. He was constantly on site checking on the progress of each phase of the project. The fact that White Oak Construction is experienced in a broad range of skills was important to me in choosing a home builder. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in new construction or a home improvement project.

  • He was late replying to my initial payment and request, which I felt upsetting over $599.00.  Which may not seem much too some but I was expecting a little more respect or honor.  He set a time to meet me, then called 2 1/2 hours late saying he could be in the neighborhood in another 20 minutes and wondered if it was possible to stop by and look at my bathroom.  After evaluating my bathroom and saying it was not going to take much time to complete (1 day) and not even cost the entire $599 I had paid.  I had 11 days before I had another surgery coming up and wanted the  bathroom for my guests that would be helping me after surgery.  But he did not have 1 day available in the next 11 days to get the job done.  So I canceled my order.  I was aware from reading previous ratings that he has a communication complications, but I was willing to give him a try based on his good grades on work done.  But after 2 cancer surgeries and going into a back surgery I was not able to be patient with poor communications skills.

  • They were very thorough and very cautious about the bid because of the age of the home and because there might be more things under the walls that we weren't expecting. So they wanted to let me know upfront that they could be some other cost involved that they couldn't see from right then. They did not have a design service affiliated with them so that was another reason why I went with another company. They were on time and very professional. They were also very courteous and very thorough with the examination of the house. More like the inspector when I purchased the house. Calling on the attics and in the basement and trying to get a good picture before they get the bid of what were involved.

  • All work was done in a timely and profession manner. Jeremy treated our home with respect and care and made sure that any and all concerns were addressed. All in all a very positive experience and would not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

  • Booher was a great company to work with.  gary was at the site nearly everyday and coordinated all of the subcontractors.  He made sure all the details were taken care of and everything was done right - even when some work had to be redone to be able to indtall the shower glass and door that I wanted.

  • Came as promised to provide estimate and multiple options. When decision was made to proceed, gave us a date to start, and showed up as expected on time. Employees worked nonstop to get the work done (it was January after all), and completed it on time. Did excellent cleanup afterward. Owner then came out afterward to inspect the work before being paid. All employees were professional, polite and hard working. Walt Maxson remodeled our kitchen, dining room and living room ten years ago, and I would trust that company to do any kind of home maintenance, repair or construction. Good people and excellent workmanship

  • When we were doing our kitchen remodel, my husband pulled up the old flooring.  Once he did that, we discovered old water damage around all three doors accessing the foyer and kitchen.  We called White Oak Construction and asked for an estimate.  Dennis was able to come within 2 days.
Dennis was prompt and was very helpful with explanations of how the damage happened and what was needed to repair the damage and make sure their were no further leaks from the doors. The workers were prompt and professional.  The estimate was accurate and the work was completed to our satisfaction, costing the amount we were told.  .  Dennis gave us alternatives for repairs to the third door, enabling us to complete the repairs to that one ourselves.  He was helpful and answered all of our questions.
We would definitely use White Oak Construction again and will come them when the need arises.

  • First we would like to say that we are basically pleased with the finished bathroom which is the only reason that this company still gets a B rating.  Everyone was very nice and worked hard to fix most of the problems which was appreciated.  Major problems were day one demolition crew were overzealous with their sledgehammer and broke a hole through to the other bathroom that we were not remodeling!  (They did patch the hole).  Other problems included not ordering enought tile which caused the project to be delayed, door handle on bathroom broken by worker when painting door.  Also, lighting sconce not attached to wall properly so fell off wall after worker left.  The worst day was the painting day.  They stained the wood trim and painted the wall at the same time.  The stain bled onto the wall, tile, rain down the trim and pooled on the floor.  The wall paint was not neat and ran over the top of the tile. They did try to fix it as best they could and got most of the stain off of the vinyl flooring and painted over the smeared caulk so it looks okay. In general there seem to not be enough supervision of the workers.  We had the feeling that as the company is growing they are having a hard time staying organized and maybe had too many jobs going on at once.  It is a good company that just needs to find its way. Again, very nice people who worked hard to try and fix problems, but one would expect a professional company to not have so many problems that need fixing.

  • The overall experience was productiove, meaningful and satisfactory. When comopletedeverything worked and everything was great as there were no come-bachs necessary yet we have a two-year warrenty on the products and work.
