    Cherished Woodcraft
In June 2019 we contacted CMH Builders about possibly doing some built-in shelving in our dining room, with the intention of converting it to a library. They referred us to a sister company, Cherished Woodcraft. We worked with Todd Lipking, project consultant, on the design. Then we visited their showroom to finalize the details. In August, they came out and did the installation of the units which they had pre-constructed and finished in their facility. The installers were very attentive to detail, including making sure the units were even and balanced (especially since our floor was off over 1" from one side of the room to the other). The room had wainscotting prior to this change, and the designer and installers were helpful on what to keep and what to remove. Some of the unique aspects of this project were beadboard on the backs of open shelves, corner units facing the doorways, soft close doors on the cabinet sections, and grommets through some of the shelving to allow access to electric outlets behind the units. We were extremely pleased with the end result and our guests have been very complimentary of our new library.

    All Phase Group Inc
This is the second bathroom remodel that we have engaged All Phase for. We were so pleased with their first effort that we immediately engaged them for the second remodel job. It is a pleasure to work with a company that is as dedicated to customer satisfaction as All Phase. As with the first effort, All Phase did a fabulous job of determining what we wanted to accomplish and making that happen. They provided an estimated schedule of work and made sure we were informed of when each craftsman would be on site. They kept to that schedule! Kathy Cuppy (All Phase's project manager) made sure that craftsmen were scheduled so as to avoid overlap or down time. All of the people that worked on our project were excellent craftsmen, very professional, personable, and made sure to clean up after their work. Ms. Cuppy has close relationships with suppliers and was very helpful as we selected the various items that would be installed in the remodeled bathroom. She also made sure that orders were followed up on to ensure that materials arrived in time to keep the work schedule intact. I highly recommend that you consider All Phase for any project you may have in mind.

DGA Roofing Inc DBA Midwest Restoration
It went great. Midwest Restoration remodeled my home in preparation for selling it. Almost a complete remodel which included new flooring everywhere, patching and painting all walls, new kitchen cabinets, mostly redone bathrooms, and a variety of other repairs. Communication with Josh was excellent and the price was a great value. Within a couple of weeks Midwest Restoration was able to turn my long-neglected home into move-in ready condition. And within hours of going on the market my home had 2 full-price offers. My real estate agent believes I more than doubled what I paid to Midwest Restoration in what I got back when I sold my home. Honestly I was astonished at the high-quality workmanship I received for the price that I paid.

    Phelps & Sons Construction
The job started as a bathroom remodel with just changing tile. After the tile was removed water damage was found and the job went from remodel to rebuild! Tom brought in additional crew to help out and keep things moving along. The guys were very precise and made sure that tile and other things were installed exactly how you wanted. They though of options that we had not considered! They also made sure that water damage would not be a problem again. The final result was beautiful and better then the original bathroom.

    Country Painting
We had 4 quotes in all and Country Painting was right in the middle in cost. I felt the family owned feel right away from Mike and he was great to work with. I texted/called/emailed during the process and he responded to my questions or concerns right away. He himself came out and power washed the house a few days before painting. We had brick, trim, wood siding and garage doors painted, along with some repairs. We had one snag with our garage door paint, but it was immediately taken care of. Would definitely hire Mike and his team again!

I called on 5/23/18 to set up an appointment to get an estimate of fixing some wood rot. I got an automated response that it would be a span of 2 to 20 days to set up an appointment. Then nothing until around 5:30 of 5/31 I received a call from a representative who was on their way. The call was so broken up by poor reception it was impossible to hear. The representative then just 'showed up' at 6:00pm wanting to address the issue - NO APPOINTMENT. VERY unprofessional! I had guests and the time would not work so I sent the rep away. The only response was to note a downspout near the front was clogged. Again, no appointment had been set - very unprofessional introduction to a highly rated Angie's List provider.

perfect from start to finish. Dean came to give me estimate mid September to redo work on my home that another contractor did very poorly on. Explained the situation to Dean and we set up meeting to see what needed to be done. Dean took the time to walk the exterior of my home and see the problem I was facing. Previous contractor simply puttied rotted wood or did not do anything at all. Dean gave me a very reasonable, detailed estimated of how much it would cost to have areas fixed properly with new wood. He primed each area once new wood was up. He arrived each day right on time and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Dean will be the first one I call with any home repairs.

    Greg Spivey Remodeling
It went well. This company has very good subcontractors for electrical, tile, paint, roofing etc. Their own workers did the framing and interior trim and were excellent, the best I've ever seen (we have built several homes). Very good detail work. Very responsive to questions and concerns. The only concern I had was that it took a little longer than I thought it should have, although we did have some changes in the plan. They are very open to making changes during the construction process. The deck work Trex was done by their trim carpenter and was excellent with full mitered corners on everything.

    Northland Finish Contractors
Outstanding craftsmanship. Tim is more than a contractor, he is a craftsman. His attention to detail is amazing. He noticed some other repairs that needed to be completed and instead of ignoring them as other contractors will sometime do, he took the extra time to do it right. If you are looking for a perfectionist and a craftsman to do your remodeling and improvements Tim at Northland Design is your man. If you are looking for the cheapest price and are more concerned with price than quality, Tim may not be for you. He will not cut corners, and charges accordingly. I had some cracks in my brick and ask him to caulk them, his reply was he would never do that on a brick home because that is not the correct way to solve the problem. The only way he would repair the cracks was to do it right and have a brick mason take care of the problem.
