    PETSMART
Yes, I would use them again. My dog has dewclaws. They missed trimming it a couple different times. I exclusively go to them for grooming. When they missed trimming it, it grew into the dog's skin. They didn't trim it because they didn't know it was there because they didn't take the time to check. The vet told me I hadn't had him groomed and I said that I had had him groomed here at Petsmart, but they didn't catch it. So then I had to try and keep a wrap on his arm which he would try and chew off. I tried to keep medicine on it so it would grow back. It was really a pain and it was expensive, when all they had to do was check for the nails. My dog didn't even act like anything was wrong, it just grew into him and it was a slow process. They need to do their job and check and take care of that for him. They did an okay job.

    NOBLESVILLE PET GROOMING
My dogs always do well there. They are used to going there now, and I feel comfortable leaving them. Tracy and Chris always take a moment to talk to you about anything that concerns them about my dogs. I have recommend them to my family members and friends.

We like Tracy and Chris and trust them with our dogs. They work very hard to do the best job possible. Tracy is very knowledgeable about possible health concerns she notices, and takes time to talk to you about your pet, even though they are very busy. We usually have to book an appointment at least two weeks in advance. I would recommend them highly.

    NOBLESVILLE PET GROOMING
Our dog is bathed and brushed at home regularly. However, he needs his nails, potty parts, and face trimmed every few weeks. Noblesville Pet Grooming is the only pet groomer we could find after calling several others who would do just those few services rather than requiring us to receive services we don't need. Our dog loves going there, and they are wonderful with him. They work with us and with him, and we love that! Also, there was a time where our dog had a urinary tract infection. The groomer noticed a few signs with his hair that indicated to her that he might have an infection and advised us to take him to the vet. Sure enough, she was right. We so appreciated her taking the time to look out for his health as well as his outer appearance.

    Parkside Animal Hospital
I love this vet! I have worked with two of the vets, including Dr. Havens, and have had amazing experiences every time. It's is always easy to get an appointment and the staff are so caring and kind. We have had 3 surgeries there and all have been very affordable. The level of service is above what I have seen anywhere else and I would highly recommend coming to Parkside to take care of your furry friends.

It worked great. We like how they take care of the dogs. We like how they groomed. We have a particular guy that we go to. His name is Diggy, and he does a great job on grooming for dogs. Interaction with them is an A. How the work turned out is an A. Sure, I'll use them again in the future.

It really depends on who the groomer is. They have one groomer that's excellent. The last person didn't do as good of a job. They should have consistency and quality of all the groomers. We've used them for a couple of years.

The length of fur was cut nicely but they cut her eyelashes! I did not notice until I got home, I was not happy about that.

Also the girl that checked us in in the morning was not overly friendly and did not ask for a shot record. It was our first time there so I was not happy that they do not verify every dog is up to date on their shots.

The girl that cut her was nice but not sure why in the world she would cut her eyelashes, she is 8 years old and that's a first.

It also did not appear to be that clean.

Unfortunately, I bought the two sessions but will not use the other one.

FOR THE LOVE OF DOGS MOBILE
I sent in my information from her website in order to find out more details on how the service works. I was expecting a phone call from them, however, I received an email two days later @ 9:38pm (at that time, getting ready for bed) with some detail, however, no phone call directly from the owner. The email only gave me 24 hours to reply and confirm an appointment time never discussed. There may be some people with their phones/computers that are attached to their hips 24/7 and will reply late at night, however, I'm not obsessed with having my computer and phone available at night. I then also get a phone message the next day after 2:00 pm concerning the appointment, while at work, with only 6 hours to respond. I don't take personal calls at work, so my response time to either email or phone is cut in half, plus, I still need to check with my husband if the appointment works. Come to find out, I receive an email that has the appointment cancelled. I then send a very professional email to Lori stating my concerns about how the appointment services are handled in a very impersonal manner with a BRAND NEW CLIENT who doesn't know any of the process. I stated, that for a new client who is interested in her services, a phone call would have been a more personal and professional way to handle the situation so that my questions about the service(s) could be answered. Questions such as: How does the service work for making an appointment? How long is the service and what is included for the price? Who am I going to expect at my front door? Do they have a background check? What is their training or any accreditation? How is payment taken for the service? After the questions are answered, then I could decide to make an appointment if I'm satisfied with everything to that point. At the end of my email, I gave her an opportunity to turn around the poor first impression of her and her company. Well, to my dismay, over 5 days later, I haven't received an email or even a phone call. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of concern in obtaining a new client and no need from them to turn around this situation for me. I would rather send in a good review as I'm in a very demanding service industry and try my best at all times to show exemplary service and accommodate concerns from customers. This unfortunatly was done from Lori and her business could have gained a loyal customer.

    ANIMAL ARTS PET GROOMING
This is the 2nd time we brought our cat to be groomed here. They are nice and got us in the very next day. Our cat looked very nice when we picked her up. However, the price of $75.00 was shocking to us.
She did not have any mats or other issues and every groomer has said she is a very good girl, so I have NO idea why the price is so expensive!
As convenient as it is and as good as she looks I just cant see spending that much for a cat grooming.
