  • Spartan Claims, specifically Ryan Ross, is an amazing company. The contractor I was working with, referred me to Spartan in an attempt get the insurance company to agree to pay. The contractor had originally gotten the insurance company to agree to about $600 worth of hail damage to our roof. Ryan went to work and I ended up with 3/4 of the roof covered and brand new siding (about $20,000 in value-about $1300 out of pocket cost). Ryan took over my account, coordinated to meet together with insurance claims adjusters to document the damage on the house and then amazingly got them to shell out thousands of extra dollars. Spartan specializes in understanding the insurance game and how the wording and photographing the damaging can benefit the homeowner. Ryan was realistic with expectations and an excellent communicator. He answered my phone calls and text immediately. I trusted Ryan with the insurance checks I was receiving. The best part is that Spartan doesn't pay the contractor until the homeowner is satisfied. There were many times during the work, where I was dissatisfied with the contractor, but never with Spartan. I give 100% credit to Spartan for making this job even happen.

  • I went to the State Farm on 32 and Gray Road. They were very friendly and helpful. I paid $1,238 yearly, which is higher than most people, but their services are very good. I had horrible service from another company after my house was stuck by lightening and I filed a claim. Because I was with this other company State Farm told me they can't service me until next year, but they priced me out and tried to service me. They told me because I had a claim within the last 12 months they could not service me. Now I can get service from them.

  • I was a customer of Shepherd Insurance and Financial Services for more than 10 years. We recently sold our home and built a new home. Approximately a week before we closed on the sale of the old home, I called the agency and requested the homeowners policy be cancelled and a renters policy be issued, as we were renting while our new home was being built. I called the agency around the end of May, because I had not received the renters’ policy. The agency had not submitted the request to the insurance company. The agency then wanted to make the changes effective in May, not April when I requested. This would have left us uninsured for approximately 6 weeks. I had to indicate I would escalate the issue to the president of the agency before I was able to get an appropriate response. However, the issues continued. I did not receive the renter's policy until the middle of August. This was only after I continued to send emails asking for the policy. I again had to indicated I would escalate the issue to the president of the agency before any significant action was taken. The customer service I received was terrible. As a result, we have changed agencies.

  • Every transaction is smooth, he is always prepared to answer any questions I have, and if he ever doesn't know the answer he finds out and gets back to me quick! Justin hein has been writing insurance for almost 15 years. He's been my agent for over 2 years now. When I originally needed quotes I literally shopped around EVERYWHERE and tried every quote option possible. I used the internet quoting tools available through almost every company and called around the entire extended Indianapolis area to many, many agents. My wife at the time also assisted this massive search. I was coming off a bad year, several accidents and tickets, and my insurance rates were coming in VERY high, like $800 a month and then several companies wouldn't even carry my risk. Justin ran my information through several of his auto insurance outlets and came back with a policy that would only be about $525/mo at the time, full coverage. Ever since he has been my agent. Every 2 months he shops my rates and is always making certain I have the best and lowest priced coverage available. He always checks in with me just to see how things in life are going, and remembers all the detail about my personal life - so it isn't just making rounds or phoning it in, he obviously means it. He also updates my rates and record and knows exactly when any violations or accidents are falling off and runs me a fresh rate when that happens. If you're not at least willing to give Justin a call and see what he can do for you, you aren't really looking for the best insurance at the lowest rates. He sells all lines: life, health, dental, auto, home, business. One stop shop. Do yourself, your family, your WALLET a favor and call him today for a quote on all the important things that need protecting in YOUR life.

  • State Farm Insurance have been providing our insurance cover for at least 11 years. They are prompt at making payments any time we've had an issue. They are up front about what it is they cover and what they don't. The prices are in the ballpark with everybody else. Customer service has always been good.

  • They gave me such a good deal that I will stay with them.  They worked out my problems with the price and they worked out a way to change something on my policy so that it would be satisfactory to me.  The manager there was very nice to deal with.  If you ever have to collect from them, they are very nice to collect from.  Before I thought it was too pricey but he went over it and made the price better for me.  They keep in touch with you and they are good about responding to you.
