    Hubbard Hill Retirement Community
Hubbard Hills claims to be not for profit but in our experience, their monthly charge for lawn maintenance and snow removal are astronomical. Would not recommend living there if you want a reasonable living expense as a senior.

I have been waiting for CPAP that we're due at least 3 weeks ago and am out of masks. My husband needs to order his and we are wondering how long it will take for him to receive them. We are seeking a new vendor.

    Simply Home Health LLC
Simply Home Health LLC is wonderful.  Everyone in the company has been so good to me.   I would highly recommend them to anyone.  The girls that come to my home are very nice.  They go above and beyond to help me.  Pam and Linda, the owners, do their best to work with me.
**Update** They were not able to meet my needs. They cannot keep enough employees. They have several employees who are not trained.

    Home Safe Homes
Installer discussed with us the various options and started in the master bath as I requested. He worked quickly and cleaned up the area when he was done. He also asked for my approval before payment. I inquired about about an estimate for some additional work and I am waiting to hear back.

All of the other times they have came out, they have been great! They always did the best they could.

Now this time they changed on me. I am a little difficult to get up, my legs are paralyzed. Delena yelled at me like crazy, I have it on tape. I get two hours a day with them and they are always on the phone, they are not paying attention to me.
I feel abandoned, my arms and legs are flaky. They are rushing to get out of here to get to another client. They do not take their time with me as they should.

I went to the hospital and they said who did this to you? I was neglected. The girl who took care of you was on the phone taking personal business when she was at my home. I will never hire them again.

    Home Safe Homes

During the week of Aug 4 through the 8th, the sub contractors for Home Safe Homes conducted a complete removal of the current tub, and replaced it with the new walk in tub.  The sub contractors were excellent, and at the end of each day cleaned up and removed all trash from the home.  In those area where there was some wall damage in the replacement project, they repaired the drywall and repainted.

No one shows up when they are supposed to. The staff they do send are untrained. They don't call to tell me that no one is coming.  They tell me that they are still looking for staff. I am being neglected.

    Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care
I don't know what I would have done without the staff of Seasons to help me. As soon as we got my mother home from the hospital, we realized my father was incapable of caring for her round the clock needs. The entire staff worked with me to help me in understanding the process to find immediate caregivers and then to begin the process of moving them into a facility. But most importantly they did so with compassion. They gave me the support I needed to be able to give my parents the care they needed.

Went very good. I am still using visiting angels for my mom. If you need care right away they are good at that too. There has been a few occasions where I needed someone here during the day so I could go to work and they were very good at getting someone out here.

    Comfort Keepers
They are supposed to give me one year free in order to receive the medicaid but they are trying to give me the run around.  They explained that a nurse was supposed to come to my house 3 days ago to evaluate me but they still have not come or called.  They were supposed to come and never showed up.  They shouldn't be recommended to anybody.  The owner is a big liar and I have him on tape yelling at me.

He called again this morning and harassed and yelled. He offered to take me on if I deleted my review but this review is true. He kept yelling I needed to retract your statement. He told me I should find another agency also. The nurse was supposed to come out last Wednesday and this Monday but she never showed up either day.

I never stated I wanted reimbursement since I never had any service done with the company.  I don?t know what I would be reimbursed for.  They never sent a nurse out.  They never told me that they would provide services.  They neglected me and abused me.  He never made numerous attempts to keep me up to date.  We only had one interview and that was all.  All of my statements have been true.
