"First off we used Angie's List to get 6 bids.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
was the lowest by far, he was one of the most knowledgeable about the addition, and he was available shortly after the quote date. The highest bid came in over 35, 000 and his was the lowest around 13500. Most other quote were around 20,000 - 25,000. I had him do a few extra things once the work got started and he was VERY fair with his prices.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
started the job about 1 week after the quote date and we agreed it was about 30-45 day process, but
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
was going to do what ever he could to get it done before the holidays.
The first week the flooring and framers came in. They got the floor installed and the framing done. The next week they worked on installation of the windows and finished framing the upstairs.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
also got the electrical installed on week 2. Week 3-4 was dry walling and painting but he had to wait on me to paint the room and trimming. The project would have only take 21 -25 days i think
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
if it was not for me and wife having to paint. In the end it took around 30 days give or take a few days.
Positives:
Workers cleaned their mess up everyday inside and out.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
framers were always on time and worked throughout the day.
The framers were very friendly and respectful.
Drywall team were also very friendly.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
's cleaners were also SUPER nice. One of the cleaners let me use his paint towel to cover up our floors.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
had our house professionally cleaned on the last day. (They even did out dishes)
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
never tried to up-sell, change, or force us to do anything that we did not want too.
He always stuck with budget and if it was a little over he took care of it.
I was happy because on the last day i got a credit. = )
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
always answered his phone or returned our calls promptly.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
is very organized.
Another positive i liked was that i got to met his framers and electricians ahead of time before they did the work.
I am VERY happy about his work and i would recommend him to everyone.

"Met with
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
in mid -February.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
was very professional and helpful in my whole building process.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
Moss, who was the foreman for the construction kept me informed every weekend with an email updating me with the progress of the new construction.. Had several walk through inspections with him. He described in detail what they were doing and why. He answered all my concerns and questions that arose. On the final inspection he demonstrated all the appliances and made sure I understood how everything worked. He also gave me some maintenance tips for the future. I love my new home. The whole building process was so easy and smooth, I wouldn't hesitate to build again with them in the future. My home was completed and ready to move into exactly when they had predicted. "They were direct and honest. They got most thing correct right away. When mistakes or issues arose, the were responsive and reasonably accomodating.

"Working with them was a nightmare. They were disorganized, and there were maybe 6 or 7 supervisors I interacted with during construction. I was never sure who contact, and it took them an incredibly long time to fix any issues. I am happy with my home now, but I would never work with
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
again."

"I paid them $99 for this service. After giving them my money I never heard from them again. I have never received any projects and the two numbers I have for them just go to an automated answering service. My messages are never returned."

"Our home is built over a full basement. We have had problems with uneven floors (including an indention in the kitchen floor) and things giggling on the shelves. Our engineer says that things that they have done have made things worse, not better. They have been here like 8 times, and nothing ever seems to get resolved. We would definitely NOT buy another

home, and would not recommend that anyone buy one!

"Roof leaked and water penetrated living space between office and garage.
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
representatives "repaired" roof & subsequent internal damage in Nov 2003. No further problems until 02/07 when mold growth & streaks of water damage appeared in garage. Several days later, evidence of leak returned in office in exact location previously damaged. Leak is much worse this time & has extended to other side of room. I informed
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
of leak & mold problem via voicemail on
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
warranty line on 02/25/07. My call was returned on following Monday &
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
representative was sent to inspect damage to my home on 03/02/07. After retreating to truck for nearly 1 hour to speak with supervisor on phone, representative returned to my house and told me damage resulted from "ice damming." He offered for
Noblesville Home Builders Provider Name Locked
to quote repairs of damage but refused to cover cost despite continuation of previous failure. I have called supervisor & left 3 messages and sent cert letter to owner & cust rep. No response to date.

"The home that they built the workmanship was shoddy. There were plumbing leaks (behind the wall and the wall had to be torn out and the carpeting pulled up), cracked toilet base with water on the floor, defective shingles, bowed vinyl siding across the back, nail pops in the wall immediately after the house was built. Paint was cracked where the walls came together. It is a cathedral ceiling the paint was cracked where the trim came together with the walls. The floor to a bathroom tub was cracked. They put a wrong exterior door on a sun room. When the upstairs water got turned on the upstairs pipes were banging. I'm still working trying to get things done. Such a large frustration was my time that it took calling and hassling people to get out here. I work nights, so it is the equivalent of people coming to work on the house at midnight."
