    Groves Appliance Repair
A repairman was sent out and discovered that some of the repair was covered by warranty. But the parts would need to be ordered. Within 10 days all parts were replaced and the dishwasher is operational again.

    Steve's Repair LLC
Steve called to set up a time then sent a text when he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. Steve had the part that was needed, installed it and made sure that the dryer was working. He was friendly and even gave us an idea on what to do with our two Yorkie's to get them to stop barking. We will not only be contacting Steve anytime that we need repairs but we will be sharing his name with friends and neighbors.

    Sears Appliance Repair
Terrible service. It took 6 1/2 weeks for the dryer to be repaired. Multiple trips out, sometimes they had the needed part, sometimes they didn't. It would generally be a week before someone else could come out to look at the problem. Customer service did (after I had to get nasty) follow through on their promise to move up my appointment if there was a cancellation. I will not buy another Sears product or their warranty service.

    Mathew Appliance Repair
John is always reliable and very knowledgeable. He repaired my refrigerator when it had problems. Now he is repairing my dryer. He works very efficiently and is reasonable in repair cost. John is my first choice to call for repairs.

    Appliance Rescue
Brian came out and replaced the pump on my washing machine. He also checked out the water heater for me because I'm running out of hot water way too quickly. He said it just needed the temperature increased. Nothing to fix on the water heater. Yay! Replacing the pump took less than two hours, and Brian represented Appliance Rescue well and deserves a raise! Thank you, Appliance Rescue!

    Mathew Appliance Repair
I told this man when I called him that my icemaker was clogged up and that we had cleaned it out several times but it is still clogging up. He told me over the phone that it was probably not clogged up but that the ice maker was not working and he ordered an ice maker. However, when he got here he said that nothing was wrong and it was just clogged up and said the icemaker was working correctly and he saw nothing wrong with it and to just try using only the cube setting for 2 weeks. He charged us $68.50 to do nothing and left after telling my husband that our wires must have gotten crossed about the issue. He wrote "dispenser clogged up" on the receipt as I had originally told him. I will never call him again.

The guy showed up late, Was extremely rude. He criticized my fianc and I and told us our house was not constructed well. He told us there was nothing wrong with our washing machine it mustve been a fluke, our washing machine flooded our entire downstairs. Then he wouldnt wait until been washing machine was done with the cycle to see if the problem occurs again. Then handed me a $70 bill of course no discussion of that was on the phone and that he didnt take credit card. He suggested I babysit my machine anytime I use it. I will not use him again. He may need sensitivity training.

It went well. John is very professional and helpful. He replaced our ice maker and it worked, however our reverse osmosis system doesn't give the water pressure needed for proper operation of the ice maker. John was very helpful and explained was we needed to do to solve the pressure problem. I would highly recommend Mathew Appliance Repair.

    Mathew Appliance Repair
He quickly assessed the problem and said he would need to order parts. He provided the cost info, which was similar to what we found online. He would call us when parts arrived. to make appointment for installation which he did. Installation went well and he quickly had the appliances purring. Repairs have stood the test of time. Would call again. Did not overcharge..

    Broad Ripple Appliance
They had to come out twice. The first time, he said nothing was wrong with my dryer and that I needed to have the vent cleaned. I called the dryer vent guy and he said there was nothing wrong with the vent, that the appliance guy needed to come back out. The second time he checked, he said something was wrong with the dryer. He didn't fix it, he just said it was broke and that I needed to buy a new dryer. He said the panel to the computer was not working. He said I could repair it for $400 or get a new dryer. They found something wrong with the washer during the first visit and they repaired that. That is when I told them the dryer was acting up and then they told me nothing was wrong with it. The second visit is when they told me that the board wasn't working in the dryer. No, I would not use them again. I just thought it wasn't very professional that he told me nothing was wrong with the dryer and told me it was the vent. I clean out the traps very regularly. I didn't think that's what it was. He said it was definitely the dryer vent. It took him 10 minutes when he came out the second time to find that the board was no good. I didn't understand why he couldn't do that the first time instead of me having to make an additional appointment and trying to say that the dryer vent guy didn't know what the was talking about. The washer is still working well, he said a dime was caught in the mechanical part underneath, which is what I was hearing. It was causing a leak.
