    He is a small local guy.  He has his own business.  My experience with him has been wonderful.  It is nice to have a mechanic one can trust especially when you are a woman and don’t know much about cars.  He is not the person to fix something that there is nothing wrong with.  He would let me know when I need to fix something; whether right then or after sometime.  The personal care for a small business is exceptional.

    Aaron's was recommended to us by a family member back in 2009. We own several older vehicles and it seems one of them is always in need of repair.  We have been very happy with the work John (the owner) does on all of our vehicles. John's prices are considerably less than what you would pay at a dealership service department and very competitive with other shops. It usually only takes a day or two to get in and the work is completed in a timely manner.  We feel John has always been honest and fair with us, and his prices are very reasonable. If your a lady who doesn't know a lot about cars and dread taking your car to a shop for repairs, at least partly out of concern of being taken advantage of, you won't have to worry about that here. John will completely explain any needed repairs and answer all of your questions.  We highly recommend Aaron's Auto for all of vehicle repairs.

    My son's car died in the middle of the road at 10:30 on a Friday night. We had it towed to NTB since it was the only auto repair shop open all day on Saturday. He called them, they looked at it and told him it was the fuel pump.  They replaced that (over $600) and we picked it up. Thirty minutes later, the car died again. He called NTB, they sent someone out to get it started again, and they returned to the shop. This time, they said it was an air sensor and his air filter (they had previously said he had a lifetime warranty on the fuel pump and 90 days on the labor). He paid another $150 for these parts, and drove away again.  Thirty minutes or so later, same thing. Dead car. They again came to get it, and told him it was a wiring issue and they would need to keep it until Monday.
    Monday comes, and his girlfriend's father picks the car up from the shop (my son is at IU and had to leave the car in Rushville) and the car is still having issues. He, my son and I have all spoken with the manager who said they drove the car almost 50 miles with no problem, and that they don't know what's wrong with it now.  They will not do any more work on because they don't know how to figure out what is wrong, and don't want to charge my son any more.

    I have used them 3 or 4 times now.  I last used them on Friday last.  They are good.  They get the job done.  The only negative is that they don't check for other things.  It's just whatever you tell them is wrong.  The price is always reasonable. I had to get rework done, but it was just a bad part.  They didn't charge me extra though to redo.  They are responsive and punctual.  I will continue to use them.

    The service and work was fine. I had given them my cell number to call when they were finished and they called my home number instead (which does not have voicemail). After a couple of hours of not hearing anything from them I called and was told that they would call me when they were done. I confirmed that they had my cell phone number down and she read it back to me. About an hour later I stopped by to get an estimated time and the service guy told me it had been finished a couple of hours before.

    My son is at college in Indianapolis and our home is an hour away. I called Glendale Auto for my son and arranged for him to call and bring in his car. They accommodated his schedule, explained the problem, gave a reasonable estimate, promptly fixed the car while he waited, and gave us a 10% discount for being an Angie's list subscriber. He was impressed, and I was happy for the way complete strangers treated my son. Thank you. You have won a new customer!
