Jorge, our sales consultant, was a very great helper and got us a great deal. He was very informative and kind. He was a great consultant and I would recommend him to anybody who needs to get a waterproofing job done.

    THE PLUMBER INC
called these services at 8am this morning, the person on the phone was courteous. They fitted me right away in todays schedule. The serviceman showed up between the time window given. Services provided were professional, he even cleaned up after performing the job. The price seemed a little high to me. Quality of work done was good. I would definitely use this provider in the future.

    All American Plumbers, LLC
I had a very poor interaction with a technician this morning who left without seeing me or looking at our problem because he claimed to be unable to find parking. I was speaking with him while standing in an empty parking spot the car lengths long directly in front of my house, but he was already on his way out of the area, stating that "this is why I don't want to do work in DC" and telling me to call someone else even though I had waited a week for the scheduled estimate (and nobody mentioned any extraordinary parking needs when I set up the apportionment, and I've had many, many contractors do more significant work on our house without ever having this problem).

To the company's credit, Ricky called the same day in response to an email I sent to the company expressing his apologies and offering many different ways of making it right. He really bent over backwards, and you could tell that he cares deeply about the company's reputation. I appreciated all of his gestures and, although I went with another company just to move quickly with the needed repairs, I will consider using American in the future.

    TLC Plumbing Inc
The guy did a good review and started where it made more sense to start.  He figured out that the line from the floor drain to the main was clogged and proceeded to unclog it.  The work he did was good and proved it was all clear now.
My problem was with the final bill.  It's a $110 for the first hour. He made a call and came back with a $180 bill!  The work was in less than an hour so I was a bit surprised.  The guy thought it was rounded up thinking it was more but i told him by the time he organized his equipment in his truck after fnishing the work we were still at 56 minutes!  He made a call and asked them he said they charged me for a whole container of their declogging solution at the tune of $70!  He told them that he only used a few cups so they dropped it down to $130.  I had a $20 coupon.
Here is what I don't like and I hope the person on the other end of the phone call puts themselves in our shoes.  It was easy to over charge me.. If they were in my shoes they wouldn't want that, they'd want the the person doing the service to treat me as they would want to be treated and make sure charges are true and most importantly Fair.  Had I not asked, I would've paid $40 more for absolutely no reason.  That I didn't like.
Second thing I didn't like... the person on the phone when I made the appointment and agreeing to the $110 fee that there is this magic solution that I'd have to pay $70 for ever so easily!  I felt like I should've known.  I want to know what this solution is and why is it so expensive.. that will allow me to shop around and do what is FAIR for me.  Money doesn't grow on trees and I don't want to be overcharged.
That is my story and I hope it helps people and helps TLC or any company look at us as people with hard earned money.
I would still use them again but I would be extra cautious and ask a lot of questions and make sure charges make sense.

    Vic's Drain Cleaning
Excellent work at an excellent price. He even advised me as to how not to have my problem happen again. You would think he wouldn't want to do that to reduce business for himself, but he did. Vic was also very kind to my curious young children, letting them hold flashlights to and quot;helpand quot; him. He was very nice, and so reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company.

    Reichelt Plumbing
Everything went exceptionally well. I had multiple scheduling conflicts the day the service was provided and Reichelt Plumbing made certain the job was done at a time convenient for me. The employees were professional and courteous. The price quoted was the price I paid. I have no hesitation in calling them again.

    St John Plumbing Service
St. John plumbing was called to address a problem with standing water in my basement. After performing an initial survey, they told me that the sump pump was bad. I questioned this, because they had replaced the very same pump only 2 years earlier. Wayne, their "Master Plumber" told me he was 100% confident that the sump pump was the problem and that there was no warranty left on the pump that they had just replaced. I agreed to let Wayne replace the sump pump for the quoted price of $365.00. I later got a call from Wayne who now told me that the bill was going to be $465.00 because the job was tougher than he thought - the same job that he personally performed only 2-years prior. Ok, fine, I paid the excessive fee assuming that the problem was resolved. That very night we had severe thunderstorms and my basement completely flooded. After looking into it, the problem was actually a blocked drain line. The sump pump that they had replaced was still in working order. They obviously mis-diagnosed the problem. Ok, everyone can make a mistake. I called Wayne to let him know what happened and he told me he would look into it and then get back to me. He never called me back. I placed (4) follow-up calls and still no response. I eventually filed a complaint with my credit card company and had the charges reversed. After filing the claim and getting my money back, Wayne was then suddenly willing to talk to me. But "talk" wouldn't actually be a correct term. Wayne and his wife Darcy screamed at me like a couple of irate lunatics about how angry they were that I reversed the credit card charges. When I asked them why they didn't return my phone calls - they just blew it off and said they wouldn't have done anything for me anyway, so what does it matter. This company is absolutely horrible and has no integrity! I will never use them again - Beware of "Sump Pump Wayne" - he truly doesn't know what he is doing and refuses to take any responsibility for his actions. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to prevent them from doing this to other potential customers. Stay away from St. John Plumbing at all costs!!!!

    Flow Right Plumbing Inc.
I think they did a good job but they showed up unprepared. They had to go to the hardware store several times to buy pipes. They didn't have tarps to keep my carpet clean while they were doing their work so they had to go to the hardware store specifically to buy that. They didn't have trash cans to dispose of the waste that I had to provide. I would never call them again and I am not even convinced that they are licensed to do business in the State of Indiana. They got the job done but they weren't really professional about it. They showed up in a white panel van. I think they are from Illinois and I have had troubles in our home owner's warranty.

    Reichelt Plumbing
Our basement drain was backing up with sewage so we called a few people and either got no answer or a lot of run around. Reichelt answered our call right away and within an hour had a technician at our house. He was professional and thorough and found the problem that two other plumbers kept overlooking (or they were doing temporary fixes so we would keep calling back). We are confident that our issue was resolved and will definitely be using them as our plumbers from now on.
