The gentleman at the office that handles me account calls me with any questions and is courteous, not pushy at all and friendly to deal with. I really could not be happier. And the product...Do what they say and do the treatment plan...you will have the best looking lawn on the street! ALawn Pride IncI have use Lawn Pride for for nearly 4 yrs since moving into a new home and starting a new lawn. My lawn gets compliments all the time from others in my neighborhood. It's thick and green even now as we get into winter. My neighbor who doesn't use Lawn Pride has thick grass but it's dry and brown looking. My lawn goes through the winter looking nice and starts back in the spring so pretty. I always let those around me and anyone who asks who I use about Lawn Pride. The price for the basic yearly lawn care is very reasonable. You can add specific care such as fall aeration and over-seeding for extra...still reasonable and worth it.- Kathy P.

Brian checked on us to see if things were better and had to send some repair workers back to do some more checking as we were hearing more animals in a different area. AAAA Exterminating IncAfter catching 50 bees in our living room in one day we hired AAA. They came the same day we called and treated the entrance to the nest. We were told that if we were still seeing bees after 4 days they would come and treat again. They guarantee their service. 4 days passed and we were still seeing bees, so we asked them to come and treat again. They came promptly, treated the area again, and 2 days later we were not seeing anymore bees. I downgraded my review because even though the technician was professional and knowledgeable, he did not wear a mask during COVID. Since we were outside we did not ask him to put on a mask, even though we wore ours. The cost for same day service was $185 which we thought was high, but on the other hand, we were ready to say good-bye to the bees, and AAA made that happen.- mark l.

AAAA Exterminating IncEvidence of termites was found in my detached garage. Fortunately none was found in the house. They put traps around the garage. The inspection was thorough, they explained clearly what they saw or didn’t see. The treatment was described clearly. It took very little time to install the traps.- David B.

CThe guy who came by and performed the inspection and quote was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately with their termite service, if termite damage occurs while you have their service, they do not cover the cost to repair damages. The worst part was about a week later I got a call from a woman from their office asking about their quote and if we wanted to move forward with their service. I told her we wouldn’t be because they don’t cover termite damage while under contract with them. She then became a little miffed and told me that no pest control company covers termite damages. She also bragged about them getting all the ex Terminix, Orkin, and Action Pest Control clients because they don’t cover damages, which was a childish point to make. Also, I hate to break it to her but all three of those companies do cover termite damages while you’re under their contract and I have first hand experience with Terminix hiring a general contractor to come out and fix my previous house’s termite damages at no charge. So she is just trying to make other companies look bad. I liked the inspection guy, but I would never do business with this company.
