A complete explanation of the whole process was reviewed before starting the work. There was a review at the end of the day and confirmation of the next day's work. Another walk-thru once the job was completed and the invoice was emailed with before and after photos. They seemed to be very detail oriented and very hard workers. AChimney & Masonry OutfittersThe sales process was fantastic. The salesperson thoroughly looked all over the house to find areas of issue with the brick and photographed them so we could see. He also photographed the chimney so we could see the damage there. We decided to go with them and put down the deposit. Only after we put down the deposit did they tell us that they were a couple of months out, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. We would have probably still gone with them but it would have better set our expectations. Once scheduled the initial work done on the tuckpointing was sloppy. Additionally, the company set the expectations via email and text that they would do a walkthrough at the beginning and end of the project. The team that came to our house did neither. They told the main office that we weren't home when in fact my husband and I both work from home and they could see me in my office as I'm on the first floor. We called the company to come back out and take a look which they did promptly. They sent a crew to tidy up the tuckpointing and did a walkthrough afterwards. We were then pleased with the work. Their willingness to fix the small issues quickly and the overall work that they did is the reason that we would use them again and also recommend them to others.- NICOLE B.

ABone Dry MasonryJesse Lockerbie, the Masonry Production Manager, and Elias Cabrera, Production Manager, and their crew did a great job replacing our tall chimney that was in a tricky placement. Mad Hatter couldn’t even properly examine it. Bone Dry sent me pictures of all angles and went over what was wrong (a long crack and badly designed cap that was letting in water). They sent pictures at multiple intervals so I could see the progress and the quality. They were also very reasonably priced. And they even put in a few masonry hooks for me. ATroy and team were great to work with and the results are wonderful so far. Troy and Joshua (his son) helped us with design and construction considerations for removing our 40-year-old front steps and replacing them with a more functional/attractive option. They started the work on time, worked consistently and dedicated each day, did daily cleanups, took pride in their work, and were good communicators throughout the project (which took roughly 3 weeks). They have high quality standards, and were very customer oriented. We recommend them, and will definitely use them for future projects.

CBefore the job was sold the sales team headed by Mike Hawkins were very professional, courteous but right after the signed contact job was delayed due to their internal department mixup. I was not communicated of any delay and had to call numerous people to get the response. During the whole process they worked with my insurance company and finished the work on time and the roof looked great. Right after job was completed I noticed my porch gutter leaking at the joint. It was a new leak which I thought would be the result of shingles being thrown while install. After sending video of the leak to the sales, install and customer service I didn’t get any response then finally I complained to their General Manger Grant and he came to inspect the leaking gutter and said the age of the gutter may be the cause of the leak but he will get it caulked. It has been more than a week, email and text message to their General Manager Grant has still not fixed the leaking gutter. Roof replacement was a good job but if there is any problem later on with their work I will not depend on their warranty commitment. I will not recommend them to others for their after sales service commitment.

ARob was great to do deal with right off the bat and that kept going throughout the whole project, and was very affordable compared to other quotes we got. Removed existing sidewalk and moved it over 3 feet at our request. Also, they added a beautiful 12' extension onto our existing driveway that was complex because of a hill. They made it all look great. The crew showed up early and all were very professional. Rob came out to meet the excavator with his family in the car on a Sunday night just so we could have our project start on time on Monday, without us even having to ask. To say this guy is committed to making his clients fully happy is an understatement. We are big fans now!
