BGreen's Lawncare & Property Services LLCThe work itself was great. The problem is their customer service. I called to ask a question about the next service the day the initial service was completed, was told by someone that I would get a call back and never did. Then later, I got a charge on my credit card but no invoice. I couldn't figure out what I was being charged I called to ask some questions and the person said they would call me back but never did. I had to call them multiple times for them to send me to a portal to look up an invoice that really only told me what I was being charged but not why. They did call me back after I filled out a Contact Us page on their site but since I was going into a work meeting, I asked that they email the charges he mentioned on the phone. Nothing still. Bottom line, the service itself was great but the customer service is so non-existent that I will not hire them again beyond the second leaf removal service that I'm forced into.- Brad P.

ALiberty LandscapingI came home to a wonderful surprise this evening. I am not one to post, but I have to give a shout out and recommendation to this company. We hired LIBERTY LANDSCAPING to clean up our landscaping (pull weeds, trees, reconstruct beds...) and mulch. We met Josh Belcher prior to leaving for the weekend and trusted him to make necessary adjustments and decisions while we were gone. During the next few days, Josh sent us pictures, offered more suggestions and kept us updated on the progress. We are beyond thrilled with the results. Josh creates a clean design with old school quality; he is an excellent communicator, professional, polite and definitely aimed to please. BThe work performed was outstanding. Our job involved a lot of demolition and some unique solutions to allow acces to a septic tank. The patio and wood work is top notch. The only issues were a longer than expected break in the middle of the project, and I had to contact them twice to get a minor correction to some custom woodwork after the job was finished. I would highly recommend the Justins crew for unique and or difficult installations and they excel at recommending creative solutions to make your ideas a reality.
