AI'm very happy with the price and result. Nick offered two solutions: repair the broken brick base or replace the entire enclosure. He was able to find some matching bricks to do the repair option. He did not charge extra to hunt down the brick or to reclaim some of the old brick to intermix it with the new--which helped blend the repair. Nick was a pleasure to work with. ADaniel was extremely knowledgeable about my newer self-propelled mower as well as my older riding lawn mower. As he was working, he took the time to explain what he was looking for, what (if anything) he found and what he was doing to correct any issues. He also explained things I could do myself at the end of each lawnmowing season that would keep my mowers running well and help save money. Knowledgeable, honest, laid back and friendly. Will definitely hire Indy Mower Repair again!

AI just can't say enough about Runyon Equipment Rental and their employees. Bonnie Licklider is very near and dear to the heart of the Kammy's Kause. She's been helping us for as long as I can remember. Actually, I remember the night. We had been using the park's power for several years. It was Thursday night before Kammy's Kause. We blew the power. Dead. We called Runyon's. They had a Generator to us first thing Friday. We've been working with them ever since. Bonnie though, as I was saying, is just remarkable. She goes above and beyond. From day one she's been here for us. It always seems to be crisis mode or something ridiculously chaotic in our minds, you call Bonnie... she calms you immediately, shows up at a meeting to save us time, helps us figure out exactly what we need to do... and... she brings pizza and wings!!! We love Bonnie! We also love her co-worker Tim. She overheard us talking about a major need for fire extinguishers. Next thing you know, her and Tim go in together, personally, to provide. I had a circumstance where I was unable to mow myself for a period of time, and Courtesy Cuts helped with very little notice and a reasonable price, too! Derick was courteous and friendly and even used professional grade equipment. Flexible scheduling. Highly recommend. I also used Courtesy Cuts to tune up my mower earlier this year. DMower CareCommunication was very ineffective. Service was performed on a Thursday. There were issues with the tubes on the front tires that required the mower to be taken to the shop. In addition, there was a spring that needed to be ordered. Service tech recognized the spring was something I could install so we agreed that if they didn't have the part by early the next week I'd put it on myself. Tech said the office would call early in the week to arrange delivery. I was not contacted by the office, and ultimately I had to call them Wed, Thur, and Fri the next week and by Friday essentially demand that the mower be returned that day because it had been over a week since the grass was cut. Told them I'd be happy to pay for shipping the part to my house when it finally arrived but never heard back on that (and need to re-examine the bill to make sure I wasn't charged). The tune-up and sharpening was fine. But if they have to take your mower to the shop, good luck getting it back in a reasonable amount of time. The poor communication + amount of time they had my mower will have me looking elsewhere for additional mower work.- Doug C.
