    C & Z Painting LLC
These guys are rock stars!!! Quick response for a quote which we found to be quite reasonable and they were out to do the jobs within a week. In one day these guys painted my FR w/vaulted ceiling, 2-story entry/stairwell and ceiling, upstairs hall and ceiling and a vaulted ceiling in MBR. All areas got 2 coats. No mess at all, very respectful workers. Intend to have them back to restain a bunch of woodwork. Our house has never looked so good!!!

    CertaPro Painters of Indianapolis
We were extremely pleased with the painting crew as well as the finished product. It really helps to walk the project and to understand everyone's responsibilities to prepare for the project. Ours took two days and had no delays.

My remodeled kitchen looks wonderful and is everything I imagined. Jon and team were great to work with. They have great attention to detail and make sure everything is delivered with high quality. Remodel included removal of a wall and total remodel of the kitchen and family room area.

    Carter Home Remodeling, LLC
Everything went quite smoothly and Adam Carter was flexible on scheduling - painting, waiting for the countertop install and then coming back to do the tile backsplash. If any little glitch did arise, Adam just said we'll figure it out, and he did. He is very pleasant to work with and takes pride in his work. We found a Sherwin Williams paint that matched the ASCP almost exactly and Adam lightly sanded, base-coated, filled holes from old hardware, and added two top coats of paint to the cabinets, and we added new hardware. He also removed the old and installed a new range hood. The backsplash is glass tiles of different heights and looks great. Adam brought another contractor with him (Chad Fishler) to install the backsplash - cutting all the tiles - to speed up the process. We provided all materials except the paint and the paint and super bonding basecoat Adam purchased were top-of-the-line SW - I was with him when he bought it.

    Two Sisters Painting
Painters arrived on time and were very professional. They did a great job and cleaned everything up when finished. This is not the first time I've used Two Sisters, and I would definitely hire them again.

    Two Sisters Painting
Debra and her sister were a great big help to us. They were very professional and came with lots of experience. I had such a struggle with the colors and they were very patient and helpful. Their employees were very experienced also. They did a GREAT job. They had to work around a chaotic schedule due to other contractors in the house at the same time. As I said...they were very very patient. I will be a loyal customer forever.

    Rees Restoration
Last April a hail storm took place in my neighborhood. After researching roofing contractors, i found Rees Restoration. After meeting with the owner, iI knew this was the company for my wife and I. Mr. Rees came out and walked us through the claim process in its entirety, ensuring our understanding, and allowing plenty of time to answer our questions. I had complete peace of mind knowing Mr. Rees would take care of my claim as if it were his own. As a business owner myself, i know what it takes for a business to be successful and Mr. Rees demonstrated every quality it takes to run a successful business. The work performed was excellent and done in a timely manner. I know who i wll turn to in the future for any repair or remodel for our home. I would highly recommend Rees Restoration for any and all contracting projects.

    thanks, Dr. Todd Taylor

    Flora Brothers Painting
Contacted Flora Brothers via their website, and scheduled a time for them to come out and quote on painting most of the interior of our house.  Aaron quickly reached out to me, and within a couple of days scheduled an appointment to come out and quote on the job.  The quote was acceptable, and the deposit was paid.  It was 5 (FIVE) weeks later before the work was scheduled to be performed.  When the crew showed up, they were not what I was expecting.  Aaron had informed me that him and his brother did all of the work, which was a big reason why I had chosen to use them.  If I had known they were going to use sub contractors, I would have used a different company.  One that was quicker, by far.
The painters arrived on time, and quickly got to work.  They were pleasant, and very efficient.  Within the day, they had completed the work.  Aaron then reached out to me to perform a follow up inspection, and to get final payment.  During the final inspection, multiple items were pointed out as needing to be touched up.  I was told that one of the painters would be back in touch with me to schedule a time.
One of the painters did try scheduling once with me at times that were convenient to him, but very inconvenient for me.  I informed him of times that I would be available, and did not hear back from him.  Over two weeks went by, and I still had not heard from the painter.  It wasn't until I had reached out to Aaron and told him that it needed to be rectified ASAP.  He apologized, and one of the painters did reach out to me.  Within two days the work was completed.  No follow up was ever made to determine if the repairs had been done satisfactorily or not.
It is now 5 months later, and the paint looks horrible.  Multiple places that were repaired are needing further work, many places that should have been repaired have been found to have not been.  We chose to not have the ceilings repainted at the same time.  Aaron told us that they would just cut a straight line, and that any old paint that was on the ceilings would not be covered.  This i understood.  The new paint that they painters managed to get on the ceiling and trim work was very unexpected.  I would have thought that professionals didn't mistakenly paint places that shouldnt have been.  I could have done this level of work.
For the color, we picked out a sherwin williams color, and were told that they would find a PPG color that was the same.  The color was exactly what we asked for.  The sheen however, was never discussed.  An omission on our part, I guess.  The painter never asked, and just used flat paint.  We have small children, and with the paint used, our walls are again needing a fresh coat of paint.  There is no cleaning the walls, they just look horrible.
I regret using Flora Brothers, and have told several friends to steer clear of them when it came time to paint.  I am once again looking for a quality painter, to come in and fix the job that I just had done.

Update to review, based upon companies comments: The comments made are not misleading.  1.)  Deposit was paid to Flora Brothers on 8/31/15.  Date work performed, 10/5/15.  That is exactly 5 weeks.                 a.)  the deck was quoted on as well, but based upon the price quoted, it was determined that the deck could be replaced for approximately the same.  The deck was always quoted as a separate job, one not dependent upon the other.  I do not understand what their statements have to do with my review.2.)  The schedule was discussed, I agree.  Aaron informed me that him and his brother were very busy, and that is why the date was so far away.  Multiple comments like this, made me believe that it was him and his brother that would be completing the work. 3.)  The quote that was acceptable at the time was because it was going to be Aaron and his brother performing the work, not a sub contractor. 4.)  The crew leader made 1 attempt to schedule the repairs needed, with only 2 times proposed.  Neither time worked for me.  I gave alternate times that I could be available.  I was working for both proposed times, and conveyed that statement to the crew leader.  I was informed that he would get back to me at another time with further possible times.  It wasnt until I had contacted another company about completing the work, and had informed FBP that I would expect them to refund the amount I would have to pay another provider that the crew leader came out to perform the repairs.5.)  During the final walkthrough, multiple areas were pointed out, and Aaron did agree that repairs were needed.  Other areas that were pointed out I was informed were not going to be fixed.  More than three areas were pointed out, Aaron was only willing to fix three of them however.  Per the quote, all walls were going to be repaired to like new condition, however that was obviously not the case.6.)  There was a follow up call to ensure that the crew leader had contacted me, and to apologize again.  No discussion about Aaron coming out to inspect the work again.7.)  Aaron did inform me that they use PPG for their paints.  I told him that we wanted Simplify Beige, Sherwin Williams #6085.  That was the extent of the conversation.  NO discussion about sheen ever.  I have the email conversations to prove this.  As for washable and durable, I don't agree with either of these comments either.  If it was, I wouldn't be looking to get the exact same work performed again, less than one year later.8.)  I did say that I wished I had the ceilings painted, as there is previous (and now current) paint colors on the ceiling.  The trim was quoted, and based upon that quote it was determined to be almost cheaper to replace then to sand and repaint.9.)  The client was not satisfied with all areas during the walk through.  Based upon service providers comments about areas not to be fixed, the fact that sub contractors had been substituted, and all other issues outlined already,  I was just ready to be done with them.10.)  I appreciate the apology for the delay, but if provider is going to continue to use sub contractors, it is still their responsibility to ensure the work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.11.)  I understand that provider has an overall satisfactory rating, which had bearing in my decision to hire them.  I cannot comment on others experiences with them, just mine.  My experience with them has been less than satisfactory, hence the reivew.

    Two Sisters Painting
I felt very comfortable with Shirley right from the start. She was really nice and professional, as well as knowledgeable. I did not feel like she was just trying to sell me on things, but I ended up doing more than I originally placed based on some of her advice and suggestions, which I trusted. She was meticulous about measuring the area to be painted, so I knew she was being fair and thorough. The price was reasonable. The crew arrived on time and took care of the entire job while we were away for a week, which was great for us. Shirley made sure the job was completed correctly and was careful about her paint ordering to avoid buying too much. She passed on her discount to us by only charging us for the actual cost of paint. There have been some areas where I have felt like the painters did a better job than others, but I am overall very happy with the service I received and felt I got my money's worth. Shirley's friendly service makes this an A+ company.

    Danny's Pro Painters LLC
Danny's Pro Painters called me back right away and scheduled a time for a quote. Danny was a little late, but called to tell me he would be, and he was very polite. He walked around for 5 minutes, said I had a big house, then threw a number at the job. Other painters measured and spent more time giving quotes. Also, Danny couldn't schedule me for several months and offered a "discount" to do it all at once during the winter, but the "discounted" price ended up being way higher than everyone else. This company is obviously very professional and gets a lot of business, but I was turned off by the quoting process, or lack thereof.
