ATurk Heating and Cooling came out for a new HVAC system today. They showed up right on time and were very quiet throughout the whole ordeal. I work from home currently and I could barely hear them installing the furnace. The technicians were respectful and wore masks within the home, which was greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with the service and would 100% hire them again!

AThe technician was professional and punctual. Overall it went well. The only thing I want to see improvement is doing things in a more contactless way, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. For example, making payment online as opposed to handing over credit card, sending invoice in email as opposed to hand-written paper invoice, etc. In this digital age, these should be the norms.

FI hired Broad Ripple Service Experts (BRSE) to insulate my attic which they did just fine. The service advisor told me during the initial meeting that I qualify for a rebate from my local power company (IPL) for insulating my attic. He told me that BRSE will need to file the paperwork with IPL. After the insulation was complete (and pictures were taken by the contractors to prove that the work was performed), BRSE does not return my calls. Neither voicemails left on the cell phone of the service advisor nor the person responsible for the paperwork is getting back to me despite leaving messages for him. I called IPL and asked them if I can file the paperwork myself and they told me that it needs to be done through the contractor. On my contract, they even mention the qualifying rebates.

FI had them come out to fix kitchen drain clog due to tea leaves in the drain. Technician spent about 5 mins running a cable through the drain pipe and told me that clog can not be cleared and would need high pressure Jet. For this he quoted $500. Next morning I had someone else come in to do the same work for $75 and it was done in less than 20 mins. Clog cleared by running a cable! Probably last time I use this company.

AOriginally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!
