APlan: B CleaningI hired Plan B cleaning last month and it's been one of the best decisions I've made this year. They start off with a consult and discuss all the details. Ben came to my house with his mask on and he walked me through his crew's processes. He let me take him on a tour to talk about all the problem areas in my house so that my clean was exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy or salesman-like which I greatly appreciated. I felt like he listened to me. The first clean was A LOT of hard work. Dezaree and Alana were my first cleaners. My husband let them in and they worked tirelessly getting our first clean done. I had discolored handrails and doors from constant traffic that they cleaned thoroughly. My master bathroom looked so much better after they dusted and cleaned. My sink was cleaned well and I could tell they cleaned behind some things to get the nooks and crannies. Everything in the house was shiny and it simply looked great. They were good with my dogs, too! I especially like that they ask me how the cleaning was after each clean. I get phone texts and emails from them notifying me of the upcoming clean. They communicate well. Debbie is who I spoke to on the phone and she's very nice. It was worth every penny. I just had my second clean yesterday (same 2 cleaners). Same excellent results. AB Clean ServicesThe BClean team made this house sparkly and smelling like a brand new hotel. I could see my reflection in my kitchen sink, all dust removed, shine restored to wood surfaces (including the floor), the bathrooms were close to sterile. From top to bottom, the team took on a home that has had 4-6 people and various pets at home nearly 24/7 for close to a year and cleaned all that living out of it. APlan: B CleaningUsing a cleaning service was a new experience for us. Our cleaning crew was very kind and patient with us. We had to make several last minute decisions and it never phased our team. They even went above and beyond to try and scrape "sticky tack" off the walls in our son's room left behind from his posters. These girls had their work cut out for them as well but did a very good job baseboards ceiling fans and even organizing! I would definitely recommend these girls and do recommend them they do an amazing job. This was a two-day job as well for the amount of hours they put in it was well worth the money I spent indeed. FCanceled AT the appointment time with text. No contact - except email. Absolutely unacceptable. They rescheduled for the DAY I was having an event and I said ok- of course had already paid - AGAIN canceled at Appointment time with text - rescheduled two days later. Nope- emailed and got my card to credit. They said they didn’t have many professionals in my area!!! Then don’t accept an appointment- I was really upset. I wouldn’t have been rude or anything to the person- it’s Handy’s fault. I’ll never use Handy. I want to use another cleaning service- how can I contact them?
