AAAA Sealcoating & PavingOur driveway was a mess - potholes, exposed gravel, eroded asphalt showing concrete, too narrow. We weren’t sure how deep the concrete base was and didn’t learn until later that there were also buried drain lines below. Joe Sullivan provided an estimate and stuck with it despite the extra work required to remove the asphalt and 6-inches of hidden concrete below. Team foreman Bill and crew worked tirelessly to remove debris through heat and torrential rains that caused pools of standing water…sometimes by hand! I know they had to bring in extra truckloads of stone to get the new drive built back up in order to drain properly. He/they would just not quit until it was right! I think our driveway earned “the most challenging job of the year award”! Through it all AAA Sealcoating and Paving was responsive, attentive to detail, and exceptionally hard working. And we LOVE the result! The new driveway looks great and is such a big difference in size and feel. We’ve had SO many compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. AAAA Sealcoating & PavingI hired AAA Sealcoating & Paving to seal my driveway that had not been sealed in years. There were a lot of cracks as well. I had concerns about edging the driveway because there are several areas where there is decorative rock, brick chimney, and 2 stone walls. I certainly didn't want sealcoat spray all over the edges. I was so taken back when I returned home to not see one drop of asphalt on ANYTHING. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked to say the least. The work was just awesome. This company was the only company that called me back, had an estimate in 1 day, and actually showed up the day they were scheduled. Now this never happens to us. We have the worst luck hiring anything done. I will certainly use them again.- Roxanne M.

ARussell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful.

AThey got with me to set up appointment pretty quick. They came out and explained was needed to be done for the couple cracks in my basement wall. They had on their masks and they took off shoes. They walked me through what they would do, I understood it. ( I did a little previous research) They sent me quote same day. Owner was explaining and another person took pictures. I called next day to set up date to complete work, they added me to the next week's calendar. They sent email a couple days later with an exact day and time. The person came out and completed the work. He seemed to be thorough. I also called back to ask a couple questions and someone called me right back. So far, I think they are a good company to use and if needed I would use again.
