We had one small issue and they were right back to fix it. They left absolutely no mess inside or outside. They put in a dehumidifier system, inside drains, new drain pit, sump pumps, coated and wrapped outside walls, moves drain spouts and added two dry wells.Excellent company. AEverdry Of Greater IndianaI left one review discussing the sales and customer service staff on Google. This review is for the crew who performed the work. I must say, these guys were fantastic! They were friendly and patient with us. Even with having to do this work in sleeting rain and snow. They were here every morning bright and early and worked quickly but made sure to do the work right. There were a couple things they did extra to that they didn't need to. They hooked our washer and dryer back up once finished with the concrete around the perimeter of the basement. They also are coming out one extra day to power wash off the drive and patio due to all the mud. These guys were informative, pleasant, respectful, and effective. Our foreman was Jesus and he was wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. Brad, who is the supervisor to Jesus, called daily to check on how things were going and to answer any questions I had. AGood! I spoke with Marty and sent him some pictures of the areas in question along with some more pictures of other areas he wanted to see. He consulted with his team and determined that the issues appeared to be of a cosmetic nature rather than foundation issues. He talked to me and explained how they came to that conclusion as well as gave tips on what to look out for and how to prevent foundation issues from forming. He also warned me that other companies might try to sell me a service I don’t really need. Overall, I felt like they provided an honest assessment of the situation and didn’t try to scare or persuade me into buying something I don’t need. Grateful for that. They’ll be at the top of my list if I ever think I do need any of the services they offer.

AWe hired A-1 after talking with a total of 5 companies about waterproofing our basement. Wayne gave us a really great and comprehensive walkthrough of their process, and was the most flexible about working around our wooden basement stairs that were over part of the trench space. The foreman for the basement, Frank, kept us up to date along the way, and was great about adding on some extra xypex patch work when the removal of an old cabinet revealed some new wall damage. We're happy to have a dry basement and stabilized porch, as well as a warrantee that we can pass on if we ever need to sell our house!

AThey got with me to set up appointment pretty quick. They came out and explained was needed to be done for the couple cracks in my basement wall. They had on their masks and they took off shoes. They walked me through what they would do, I understood it. ( I did a little previous research) They sent me quote same day. Owner was explaining and another person took pictures. I called next day to set up date to complete work, they added me to the next week's calendar. They sent email a couple days later with an exact day and time. The person came out and completed the work. He seemed to be thorough. I also called back to ask a couple questions and someone called me right back. So far, I think they are a good company to use and if needed I would use again.

DThe salesman was super nice and actually stayed longer than the allotted time just because we were chatting and enjoying his company. The workers, oh gosh the workers. All of them were sketchy including the foreman, Jerry. 2 of them spoke English. Jerry never followed up with me about several questions, never got pictures of the work like he was supposed to provide. AOne screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date.

AThe front left corner of my house had some minor foundation settling that caused the basement wall foundation to crack. Patrick Lockhart quoted to dig the basement wall outside corner 8-10 ft down to add 2 foundation piers and anchored to bedrock. His crew, Nick (leader), Jose and Cesar arrived on time and quickly and expertly dug the 8' deep hole (including a tree stump that needed to be removed) and set in the two piers and tuck pointed up 2 stories of the brick wall where the crack gap had been. Prior to filling the hole, I requested a 4" drain tile be placed to aid me with a French drain I plan to add. Without batting an eye, Jose immediately agreed they would handle this task. Jose and Cesar made certain the yard was clean and ready for me to tackle my landscape stairs project. I was very impressed with the total job and would recommend them for your foundation pier project.
