He had the dryer apart and the broken switch out in about 15 minutes. He had a replacement in his truck and it was installed and tested within 20 minutes. ATurner ApplianceGreat! We never had any problems but after 31 years, a piece of paper went down our dryer lint vent and caused a terrible noise being partially caught in the fan. We couldn't use it for fear of fire. Tracy showed up with a great attitude and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had us fixed up in no time and I was back to doing laundry the next day. AHarmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.

He was very professional, prompt with prior courteous call, kind, very accepting of our Great Danes and didn't make me feel badly that our dryer vent was so overdue for a cleaning! I think he had to spend a little extra time than had anticipated but honored the original charge. Already can tell huge difference in drying time. I would definitely recommend and a big thanks!

AThe Pioneer Team was amazing! They were very professional and punctual. The kitchen looks amazing and it only took 4 days and half the price of a complete kitchen remodel. They listened to us when we questioned something, they immediately fixed it the next day. I would highly recommend them. The pictures included are the before, with the oak cabinets changed to the white cabinets. Love Love. The detail in the crown molding and the detail under the bar area. Such a big change.
