    Very bad. I had a free oil change, but I wanted an upgrade to Mobil one full synthetic and said i would pay the difference. Average price for a Mobil one full synthetic ( i have lived in several states) is $65. They claimed it was $100. I needed a tire sensor changed and was quoted $65 from another city. At Gurley Leep Nissan, I was quoted $215!!!! I got them down to $180, but i should have walked away and gone to the other mechanic. I will not be back. I still have another free car oil change, but it will be shredded.

    Arrived at closing time on Friday. One employee looked up items that hat been out of stock earlier in the week. The items were both back in stock and in about 15 minutes we were done and I was on my way.

    The work was done the same day as the estimate. The communication was very good. When my husband and I went to pick up the car we worked with Richard. He helped us sign up for a Napa card so that we didn't have to dip into savings for the cost. They were pretty busy while we were there and everyone was treated with the same respect; he never once got flustered or agitated. We are both S.B. natives and wish we had known about this place sooner. We will get all our future work done here, and we will recommend to family and friends.

    I called Ron, prior to coming into town. Ron ordered the part and ensured everything was ready to go since I would only be in town for the weekend. Ron and team replaced the door handle. They completed the job in a timely and manner and were very professional.

    Great. This is the second time I've taken my car to Rick's. These guys explain everything and are so polite and professional. They also warranty their work for three years. Their prices are very competitive. How can you go wrong with that? I highly recommend their services to all.

    During the inspection they found critter damage in the cabin air filter - torn up filter, sticks, leaves, all the rest. They showed me and asked if they should add filter replacement on to the job. I said yes. I have been going to them since 2012 and they provide good reliable service like this. PLUS, so far anyway, the prices have been reasonable. I went there because I heard from several people that they provide good service. And, as illustrated here, that is what I have experienced. One friend of mine thought they were the best in the area. So, I hope they can keep up the good work for reasonable prices. I think Gates Mishawaka works hard to do that. They are a valuable asset to the community.

    QUALITY AUTOMOTIVE
    Your car isn't supposed to come out from their bay more broken than before it went in.  They successfully killed my power steering instead of giving my car an oil change, coolant flush and new muffler.   Gave them a whole week to do a couple simple things, and they couldn't/wouldn't, and also then never gave me estimates for more extensive work they claimed it needed, which I asked for repeatedly.  
    I would have been less angry if they'd simply said "I'm sorry but we can't/won't work on this vehicle."  No, they screwed around for an entire week, wasting my time, my husband's time, my kid's time, and in the end making it extremely difficult to drive the vehicle to another mechanic.  My husband thinks they sabotaged my car and possibly scavenged parts off of it.  They sent us on our way with a free $20 jug of coolant, which I offered to pay for.  They declined, which makes me suspicious that there was a guilty conscience involved.  What business turns down money?
    In the past, they have diagnosed problems on my other vehicles that failed to materialize when inspected by more trusted mechanics, including a dealership with a sterling reputation, Jordan Ford.
    I can not, under any circumstances, recommend this business.  For their sake, I hope they get a few better reviews posted from happier customers than me, because one, one star review doesn't look good to anybody.

    I will never take my truck any where else again.I thought they would charge at least $400 What a wonder full surprise to pay only $258. I'll get the towing charge back from insurance Co. Excellent,excellent, excellent in my opinion..

    The service was covered under warranty.  They are pretty friendly and explained things pretty well to me as I really didn't know anything about the parts & so.  I think a lot of mechanics kind of take advantage when the people don't know; but they were pretty patient with me and explained really in detail what they were doing & why they were doing it.  They worked pretty fast, so that was nice.  The work that they did in the past was very reasonable.  It is a dealership, but a little bit more expensive.

    They are the towing service contracted with Kia motors, who pay them 100%.  We were told ONE HOUR WAIT.  We are two older ladies, it was raining, we had shopping bags, and the lock would NOT work on the door so we could not get in.   After an hour, we were told 1/2 hour more and were scolded by the woman at the station who answered the phone.  WE were rudely told that lots of other people had appointments, etc.   We were told to wait inside, that the driver would come into the door.  We called after the 1/2 hour, and then were told 20 minutes more wait time.   AT the FINAL TWO HOUR point, the flat bed showed up.  He was not knowledgeable, wanted to unlock the PASSENGER DOOR  to put the hood up to check the battery. He was told the car had only a single access, yet went to the other side to unlock a door which had no lock.  .HAD  HE NOT BEEN TOLD WE WERE LOCKED OUT, AND THAT THE KIA HAD ONLY ONE KEYED DOOR??  Yes,he had.  He said he couldn't tow it but had another tow driver coming.  Do NOT ask me what his difficulty was, nor why two flatbed tows were needed for the little Kia, when all we needed was to have the door unlocked.   Luckily,  at this  point the other driver showed up and  inserted a gripper to unlock the door.     After TWO HOURS wait time, and a 15 minute opening door and signing papers, we were finally on our way.   THIS is unconscionable;  IF they cannot deal with the jobs they have, please say so. Please do not contract yourselves for something you cannot fulfill-- to do the job in the promised time.   PLease say you are sorry , for the rudeness and for the wait.
