    He was late, but called in advance to tell me when he'd arrive. Once he got here, he was quick, efficient, and effective. He put down a tarp to keep my kitchen floor clean, and showed me how to address any minor issues with the new disposal.

    They were here for about 5 minutes and they fixed it, then they charged me $100. I will probably not use them again. They need to be a little bit more reasonable in the way that they charge for their services. It took a little while for them to respond to my phone call.

    Ace replaced a circuit board in our refrigerator. They came to the house to do an initial diagnosis, which then required the to order a part. It took a few days for the part to come in, which they explained ahead of time.
    Throughout the process they were very good at communicating. They arrived when we expected them, and they let us know how much everything was going to cost from the outset.
    I had a good experience with Ace, both in person and on the phone. I would use them again.

    As I said the provider came to our home and repaired our pinball machine.  He had superior knowledge of the machine and parts in his car.  Gave instructions to us on best use and care of the product.  He was on time, professionally dressed, courteous, informative, and pleasant.  Gave lots of knowledge on machine and games.  Excellent service

    A long story unfortunately. When we bought the refrigerator, the salesman tried to convince us that all comnpressors were failing in 2 years and we nedded the $500 service plan. Not true by the way. Tried to get us to pay $15 to nail them down to a 4 hour delivery window. The first refrigerator was delivered on May 28. The delivery men basically pulled the fridge out of the box and dumped it near the location of the old fridge - did not remove any packing material or put on the door handled, no set up. They left a heathly scratch in the door. Sears delivery is seperate from Sears the store, so they called and left us a claim number. Found a healthy dent on the back right corner of the firdge. Asked for a price break, none forthcoming, so we asked for a new fridge to be delivered. May 30, another fridge delivered by same crew, this one damaged also! Never looked at it before they brought it out. Got store a**'t manager involved and they arranged for a new fridge to be devlieved Jun 2. This one was in good shape and a new crew delivered it. They did set it up very nicely. We did get a 10% price consession from the store after it was all said and done, but what a circus! Note the professionalism score is for the delivery men, not the a**'t manager I dealt with, who was very responsive to my calls. I dont think I will go to Sears for a purchase like this again due to this overall experience.

    I called him around 1:00 P.M. and explained that my washer was not agitating right.  I knew the problem as it happened about 8 yrs ago.He was on his way to a close neighborhood in the area and said he would be to my home within the half hour.  I have used him many times before for my appliances.  He has always done great work and at a reseanable  price. When my refrigerator went out about 4 months ago he came and said it was ;nt  repairable.  He didn't even charge me to his trip out to my house. I couldn't believe it.

    Refrigerator needs repair. Made appointment on June 10th for refrigerator leak, filling up refrigerator drawers with water, also ice maker is not working. They were to come between 4-6 on June 12th. I received call at 2:00pm that a job prior was taking longer than he thought, he would be out past 6:00pm. I told them that would be fine, we would wait. Then I was asked if they could come sooner, I said that would be fine, they were going to call me back to verify, but they didn't call. We then waited, thought since we didn't hear from them they would still be there after 6:00pm. Finally received a call at 5:45pm, asking questions about what was wrong with the refrigerator, told him what they were, he said he could be there at 6:30pm. We emptied the refrigerator, shelves, food, everything. We received a call at 6:20pm telling us he couldn't come at all, his wife wasn't answering her cell phone, he needed to go home. Needless to say our refrigerator still isn't fixed, and he said he would call back to reschedule, but we haven't heard from him yet. I will not be calling him back to reschedule, and if he calls us I will not answer his phone.

    I talked to Stanley on a Friday afternoon, he said they could come out Monday morning and would call before coming over. They did, said they would be there in 30 minutes and they were right on time. Had to order a part, which came in the next day. Again they called and said they'd be there in 30 minutes and again they were! They were very professional, did what they said when they said they would, and the prices were very low in my opinion. My refridgerator has worked great ever since.

    disappointed. Fast, quick service on time as promised. My washer was
    out of balance.
    He trouble shot, corrected the problem and replaced the belt on the
    washer at my request for preventative maintenance for 126 dollars
    Then it turns out by talking with him about Military veterans his dad (a veteran) is a friend of mine! Did not know that

    If you put in a mileage limit in your search for an appliance repair place, you will miss out on a terrific company. The attitude that Kevin came in as he walked in the door was to do the repair at the lowest cost, what will give me the best outcome in the long run, and the options that let me decide what was best for me. Kevin came when he said he would and was pleasant to be around. He even called first to let me put my dog up so I could let him in the door. Took apart the dryer to inspect everything which made me feel better that he was looking for all problems that could cause my dryer not to work. Dryer hums like new and my pocket book did not feel the pinch.
