    Their service was fine, their not outstanding but they definitely gets the job done eventually. Pricing was high, but you have to pay for a service that you get.The extended warranty was at $300.00 a year charge.

    The people who came to assess the situation were extremely polite and professional. And the end of the day, the prices were just significantly higher than other quotes we received. They had a lot of great options and pricing packages, just not within the range of what we had expected and found somewhere else. Paid $100 for service call only.

    Tom Land came to my residence 07/2018 and did full service work on air condition unit because it was not cooling he said he fixed the problem. 06/2019 I turn air cond. on and it does not cool. I call Chapman heating cooling because they have apparently merged. Right from the start the receptionist starts making excused after I explain my problem. I tell her to have tom call me. Tom did call and started with his own set of excuses. "that tech doesn't work with me anymore and I merged my company." I ask him "so you can't back work you did less than a year ago?" He said "no". I stated to him "well maybe that is the reason you merged, so you wouldn't have to back your faulty work." Tom replied "I had to my company was falling apart." My advise to everyone from my experience and Tom's own words Find Someone Else for your Heating/Air Conditioning Work.

    Economy did a great job. Their workers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Darrin and all the Economy staff are committed to quality and they made sure we were completely satisfied with the work performed. They went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly from the initial appointment all the way until the work was completed. We have used them for about the past 10 years and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

    The owner removed and hauled away our old Geothermal system and installed the new one in about 2-1/2 days. The work included a humidifier and new thermostat. He arrived on time and worked steady throughout the day in a professional manner.

    One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
    A total of 4 service calls and about 24 man hours (including about 5 hours with a Bryant service representative) before they decided to honor their "Exclusive Two-Year Satisfaction Guarantee" and replace the heat pump. Technicians also connected wires that were not part of the factory wiring. Additionally, the Company offers a "$500 No Frustration Guarantee" that states "if your system breaks down during the first two (2) years and leaves you without heating or cooling (it broke down 6/25/16 leaving us without cooling; the technician couldn't fix it 6/26 - but provided 2 window air units that didn't cool below 80), we guarantee to repair your system within 24 hours of the time you call us or we will give you $500 for your inconvenience (the unit wasn't repaired for close to 22 hours). The General Manager of the Company said providing ineffective window air conditioners would void the no frustration guarantee. He also told the Better Business Bureau that they couldn't get parts on the 26th; however, the technician that came out on the 27th didn't bring any parts, in fact, he didn't know why he was coming out to the house - I had to inform him of the unit breaking down and the technician the prior day being unable to fix it.

    Technician called saying he was on the way to the house and asked for clarification of what needed to be done. He said they don't repair that and I asked if the new unit falls will they replace the entire heat pump? The owners manual states not to let the pad bow in and collect water; which mine was doing. He said all he would do is take pictures and send to the install department so asked me to send the pictures and they would get back to me. He acknowledged he received the pictures but I never heard back from the Company. The pad was replaced later when the heat pump was replaced under warranty; the new install crew said the original wasn't properly supported.
