    Liberty family dentistry is probably the easiest dentist office I've ever been to. They are super nice and helpful, and they handled my company's confusing dental insurance policies without a problem. They make the whole process very easy and unthreatening. They seem fairly busy, but they have four dentists on staff, so there is usually someone that can see you.

    Outstanding job. From my time in the Marine Corps I have a phobia about dentist. Doc did a great job and made sure I was pain free. At the end of it all I have little to no concerns, providing he does the work. Great guy with a great staff.

    Out of all the dentists that I've seen, I thought they were the most sensitive as far as the patient's wants. They're very careful to ensure that the patient is comfortable during whatever procedure they're doing. They're very good at explaining what they're doing and why they're doing it. They're generally putting people at ease because there are people who are of a certain age who have had a really bad experience with dentists and I was one of them and these people I would recommend to anybody.

    My previous phone had died with my calendar and I didn't realize I had an appointment. Their office called to find out where I was and I wasn't within a few minutes of their office. When I explained that I had forgotten, at first the caller was a bit patronizing but generally nice. She asked if I wanted to reschedule to the noon hour that day which I thought was a great offer, so I agreed. Instead of just saying ok, the caller then in a very patronizing threatening voice said . . . You do know, if you don't reschedule for today, then we have to charge you $25 for missing your appointment.
    You know, that was totally unnecessary. I understand policies for missed appointments that not only inconvenience the office but cost them money from lost opportunity. But I had already agreed to come in that day BEFORE she added her patronizing threat.. And frankly, people sometimes miss appointments unavoidably, not intentionally. With a good customer or long time patient, leave it alone! I was furious at her tone of voice and unnecessary threat. It just rubbed me really wrong. I was polite and hung up. But I was upset. So upset, I now wasn't sure I wanted anything to do with them. I spent the next two hours trying to calm myself down and showed up 15 minutes late because I needed to get control so I wouldn't be rude when I got there.. The hygienist had left and the office was bare bones. That was probably good. They took me to the desk and I told them I was upset but could not even talk about it and no I didn't want to reschedule. I left. I know they thought I was nuts, but I was too upset to explain - I would have only screamed at them. Not good. I have not gone back.
    I have an in law who is a dental assistant elsewhere and told me those kinds of things are not known to the actual dentists unless you tell them. So here it is guys. I would suggest you retrain the caller. Or don't - if that what you really want her saying!

    Complete Dental Care Of Avon
    Had my bi-annual cleaning at Dr. Lou Menegotto's office. Ashley does a great job of cleaning my teeth. Not only is Ashley super friendly, but more importantly she is very gentle when she cleans my teeth. Dr. Lou has been our family dentist for 15 years. He is EXCELLENT! When we need dental work that requires an injection he is so careful to make sure we are totally numb before he starts any work. Also, when giving an injection, he goes very slowly in order for the numbing medicine to take effect before pushing the needle into the gum farther...thus no injection pain. State of the art equipment, super clean office, superior office staff... I could go on all day!

    Great, except they would not match the recommended schedule of charges on my CignaPlus Schedule.
    I will be looking for another dentist in Greenwood, IN that does agree to charge per the CignaPlus schedule. I was a bit surprised, since they take groupons for some services. The plan allowed $102 for an adult teeth cleaning. They charged $120 and should get back some from B/C. I'm not sure they will come out any better, but I'll know for sure after the B/C statement arrives. Maybe they were looking at the wrong line on the Cigna Schedule? I may go back again to verify this latter issue. Or they can call me at 340-1794.

    I like that she makes me feel at home and comfortable.  She is just nice and personable.  She is very thorough with her work too.  I just like the way I am treated there.  I can get in anytime I need to.  The office building is very nice and clean.  They have always been on time and I never had an issue.

    I will be going there in February. I would recommend Dr Wells from that practice and I don't know much about the other two. He is my family dentist and he takes care of my wife and two daughters also. He saves teeth and he is not one of those people who just pulls teeth out. He also does an excellent job with partials, bridges and those kinds of things. He is just a really decent person.
